The bus was nice. We had an 8 hour journey with only one toilet stop. The toilet onboard was not available to be used. The drivers were unfriendly and rude. No information was given. People sat in wrong seats and refused to move, but I think that was a ticketing fault. Overall the service was sub standard. And late getting to destination.

The bus stopped at every village and there was no official bathroom break-very slow -very late -paying for luggage -no toilet break -rude staff -route goes off the highway and stops at every village this killing time -luggage price not included in ticket so each major city takes an hour for people to get on and pay for their luggage.

Helpful drivers, comfortable seats, air conditioning. It’s crazy to me that people will sit in a bus for eight hours and there’s no bathroom on the bus.

Toilet not working. The drivers were very helpful as they tried there best to stop the bus to use toilet since the toilets inside the bus were not working . It's a pity that company doesn't check this before start of service specially for long distance bus. Toilet doesn't works at all.
