If only the bathroom worked. The ride was fine. Comfortable seats, not overcrowded. But not having easy access to a bathroom on a 7 hour ride makes it uncomfortable.

Way too long. First of all, 8 hours ride for 360 kilometres distance is like riding a bicycle. Bus was stopped several times besides itinerary stops advertised. Being late on arrival to final destination for 30 minutes means a lot. Yet, useless is this feedback given and useless is to ask for one when is just a formality so the average traveler feels important, not a tool to improve. Most probably no one will ever read it. Will definitely not take this ride again.

Pixi. The driver was excellent professional and just great give me needed information for my further travel.Even though was very cold outside inside was nice and warm and yes driver took care for elderly passenger on border with his documents. No negative feedback.

7,5 hours for 350 km. It was ok, we arrive on tim and took 2 stops to stretch and relax. It is too long trip for such as small distance.

We passed by croatia for a trip from BL to beograd, no one told me that, another country in schengen. Bus on time Smart driver AC. No wifi For a trip from Banja Luka to Beograd, we passed by Hvartska. No one told me that, it s not written !! If I havent a passport who can let me enter in schengen zone what i have to do ??
