This is a large public bus, not a van/private transfer. It is crowded and uncomfortable, and extremely expensive for what it is.

The driver picked me up right on time. However, when we arrived at the Samarqand Avtovokzali, we had to wait for more than an hour past the scheduled departure time. The trip itself wasn’t very pleasant — the seats were quite narrow, and the coach driver kept honking the horn, which was rather annoying. Overall, if there had been a train available at that time, I would have chosen to take the train instead, especially since the price is similar. Just a reminder — be sure to message the operator on WhatsApp (info provided on voucher) beforehand to get your ticket and confirm the pick-up details.
