Overall, our experience with this trip was poor, mainly due to serious issues with organization and timing, despite a good car and a polite driver.
The car itself was comfortable and in good condition, which made the long journey more bearable.
Our driver was polite, pleasant, and drove safely throughout the trip.
The main problem was the organizer, who never contacted us before the trip and did not provide any information about the driver in advance. Because of this, we woke up at 3:30 a.m. and had no details at all until support finally replied around 4:30 a.m., which made us worry that the whole thing might be a scam.
The driver arrived one hour late, which is especially critical for an early morning pickup. The total travel time was 8 hours instead of the 6 hours that were promised, including about 20 minutes of stops for refuelling, toilet and coffee.
Despite the good car and friendly driver, the lack of communication from the organizer, the late pickup, and the longer-than-promised travel time made this experience very stressful.
Overall rating: poor.

They booked our car too late. We have not received any feedback until 20 minutes after the reserved time. Eventually they organized a car, we drove with a 2 hours delay.

We booked this company for a transfer from Aswan to Luxor. Car was very clean and in good condition. Driver Hassan was incredibly friendly and a good driver, always checking if we needed anything. Only thing I would say is the voucher said travel time would be 3 hours but the driver told us there was two roads, one was 3.5 hours and we had to pay a small amount to go through checkpoints, and the other was 5 hours but free. Just be aware of this if you’re booking. Overall would recommend!

Our trip with Mohamed was perfect, he came right on time to the pick up point, was super helpful with our needs during this long transfer around 7.5 hours. He offered the lunch sandwiches for us, water, and a cold drink during the trip. I definitely recommend, thanks Mohamed!
