The service was uncomfortable, we were picked up in a standard car, there were already two other passengers and so one of us was stuck in the middle which was super tight and uncomfortable with no leg room. It wasn't the van advertised.
After booking, I received multiple WhatsApps with multiple questions from 2 different numbers. Basically their communication is poor as I was being asked the same thing multiple times. It was annoying when you are trying to enjoy your holiday. First they asked me to pay extra "urgently" for some sort of tourist tax or we can't travel. Fair enough but why not just include it in the price to begin with ... Then they sent me lots of questions about our luggage asking me for measurements of our luggage and saying anything above would incur a 100 reals charge. Honestly it was worse than a budget airline.
2 hour by car and 20 mins by boat and between us it cost £95 which is ridiculous.

I had to Go to another hotel. There was nothing close by. I waltet over an hour outside. Luckily it didn‘t rain.
After the Pickups it went smoothly. Although it would have been nice to know how long the toilet break would be..
