Der ursprüngliche gebuchte Flug wurde bereits im Voraus 10 min verschoben. Darüber gab es keine Info. Am Reisetag selbst, hatte der Flug über eine Stunde Verspätung, auch hierüber wurde nicht informiert. Es gibt wenig Beinfreiheit im Flugzeug, die Gepäckausgabe am Zielflughafen war sehr schnell.

In the aircraft von ThaiViet was the seat before me noos broken and the backside from Seat 8b hung all the time short before my nose. The woman fromb staff can't do anything. Also was the deperture time fromnthe fly for 40 minutes delayed that I not can check in at the Hotel before 12 o'clock

The flight was ok but they ask the passengers to declare pregnancy. I asked why they say it is to take care of you. In fact they don t take care at all they just make you sign a paper of discharge of responsibility in case of issue during the flight. Did t really appreciate it

The flight left late. During tale off, Somme gaz was vaporized in the cabin with no information of what it might be !!! Take off was very unpleasant during to dropping too fast and/or bad pressurization of the cabin. Lots of pain in my ears and headache for the rest of the day. Bad experience !

Comme tout les avions de vol interne en Asie ils sont optimisés pour rentrer un maximum de siège, avec mon 1m93 les genoux sont dans le siège de devant et la personne devant ne peux pas l'incliner. Avion parti un peu en retard mais cela est dû à l'arrivée tardive de celui ci. Personnel sympathique et souriant.

I bought check-in fortwo pieces of luggage 20kg because i thought that luggage was not included in the ticket and it was. I paid 20€ more for the ticket because it is not clearly exposed that luggage check in was included. The rest was good.

Der Flug hat sich verspätet, allerdings gab es keine Ankündigung und wurde es vor Ort nirgends bekannt gegeben. Erst nach eigener Nachfrage, nachdem kein Check-in möglich war, wurde uns die Verspätung mitgeteilt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat man zudem schlecht verstanden.
