Sind angekommen. Flug hatte Verspätung. Schon einen Tag vorm Flug kam die Mail, dass der Flug sich um 35min verspätet. Zu der verspäteten Zeit, kam der Flieger Grade erst an. Also hatten wir über eine Stunde Verspätung. Es war noch ein bisschen Müll von dem Flug vorher vorhanden.

I'm quite tall (203 cm)o just sitting in a regular place is horrible. Lucked out by sitting in a hot seat (it's red, no idea why it's a hot seat) with a space between me and a fellow traveler. So I could shift my legs to the free space so I was sitting quite well. Took an hour in total to get to bankok and bags were really fast at the belt

Flying with Thai AirAsia was a mistake. Sadly, it was the best option when I went to book. Delayed check-in and delayed flight by about 20 to 30 minutes. They said we weren't allowed to eat or drink anything on board the aircraft due to covid-19, which is utterly ridiculous. The cabin crew didn't care that the guy next to me was using his phone while we were taxiing to the runway and also did not tell him to put his carry on luggage under the seat in front of him. No thank you's or good-byes when getting off either.

Bought 2 plane tickets from Chiang Mai to Phuket. I asked a checkin baggage of 25Kg for each When I arrived to the airport, I found out that it was issued on ticket without checked in baggage. I had to pay at the airport 2050 Baht for the additional baggage. On the other hand, It was issued an insurance policy that I waived, as it was a one way ticket. I am upset!!!

Air Asia allocate people in a single booking to seats randomly virtually guaranteeing that they will not be together. They then ask for payment to be moved together. This is mean spirited and dishonest. It means the prices are not as shown and there is essentially an automatic universal surcharge. Happy to be allocated randomly in the plane in the least desirable seats together, and pay more for better seats. But it’s just plain nasty to do what Air Asia does. Staff initially just smiled/laughed when we complained. Eventually they put us together.

Wir mussten bei der Handgepäck Kontrolle nach langer diskussion mit einer Mitarbeiterin mit sehr schlechten Englisch-Kenntnissen unsere beiden teuren Powerbanks zurück lassen. Der Grund sei angeblich die fehlende Beschriftung der Kapazität, was absolut lächerlich ist! Chiang Mai ist der einzige Flughafen der Probleme gemacht hat auf unserer Reise. Das war sehr ärgerlich und total unnötig. Wir raten die Powerbanks trotz Vorschrift in die Koffer zu nehmen.

Needed to pay 2000 thb for 19.9 kg. Luggage, Becouse i dident see it on the netsite. 380 thb if you see it on netsite, but if not it will be very expensive. It is part of my mistanke, but not Easy to see on a phone when in rush. Netsite from 12go should be a bit better, so people can see that this lugguage must be Payd extra.
