Alles was goed geregeld. De eerste chauffeur reed helaas wel een beetje onveilig. Hij was volgensmij ook ziek, want hij hoestte heel veel en spuugde uit de deur bij het stoplicht. De tweede driver maakte veel stops waardoor we uiteindelijk anderhalf uur later aankwamen in Khao Sok. De speedboot was ook heftiger dan verwacht. We hebben gelukkig niet ergens lang moeten wachten op vervoer, dus algeheel een goede ervaring.

A little stress at the airport. We see a 12go shuttle and the driver told us he is full and another shuttle will come. Finally it was not a 12go shuttle but "Asia" brand. I had to look at all guides

Es verlief alles reibungslos, lediglich das Boot / die Fähre war etwas abgerockt. Wir hatten das Glück, das nur sehr wenige Passagiere an Board waren, daher hatten wir genügend Platz und die Reise war sehr entspannt. Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr gut! Wir hatten ca 10 Minuten Verspätung, war also OK.

We arrived at Hat Yai airport at 8:30AM. We went to the checkpoint by 8:45AM and waited in the area. Several times we walked around trying to find information on our pickup and nothing more could be found. By 9:25 (our van was supposed to leave at 9:30AM) we called the number on the PDF and someone answered. Eventually he called back and said a driver would be there shortly, after which a taxi driver came over to find us. We almost missed our ferry and the ferry operator was calling us repeatedly asking where we were. Thankfully on arrival she met us at the taxi and hurred us directly to the boat, which we thankfully were able to get on just in time.

We received no information about the trip, no one was waiting for us where we were supposed to meet. eventually tourist assistance helped and located the van driver. then I followed the instructions, checked in at the right gate and showed our tickets. we got on the boat and after 6 minutes was bombarded with calls and emails about how the boat was waiting for us. If they want us to use a specific boat or van, they should really be more specific and give detailed instructions.

Alles bestens geklappt, es wurde zwar der Pier gewechselt aber man hat sich um das Gepäck gekümmert. Wir wurden vom Pier bis ins Hotel in HatYai gebracht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ticket service from 12go asia was excellent so no problem with them. We arrived 1.5 hours before departure (two hours was advised) the check in didn't even open until 45 mins from departure so everyone was waiting around, the ferry itself let's say had seen better days, couldn't see out the windows, watertight doors didn't close properly and it rolled worryingly from side to side, no refreshments and a basic toilet. I would not go on this ferry again, I would opt for a speed boat on another route.

Speedbootfahrt war super, Minivan Busfahrt schrecklich, Bus komplett voll, kein Platz weil Gepäck überall rumgelegen ist und Fahrer ist über jede Bodenwelle gebrettert. Sind auch nicht wie versprochen beim Hotel ausgeladen worden sondern mussten dahin zu Fuß gehen. Fahrer unfreundlich oder hatte keine Lust, hat irgendwann einfach angehalten und Gepäck auf die Straße geschmissen. Alle mussten dann raus und selber schauen wo sie hin müssen.

The trip to the pier went smoothly and the driver was friendly.
The boat to koh lipe took longer time than expected because of two stops on the way to look at the view. But other than that it went good. So would definitely recommend people to do this trip

Vor dem Transfer wurde ueber WhatsApp bereits Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen mit den Infos zum Ablauf des Transfers. Am Flughafen Trang angekommen wurden wir bereits erwartet mit Namensschild. Der Fahrer brachte uns in 45 Minuten zum Pier wo auch unser Longtailboot bereits auf uns gewartet hat. Alles hat wirklich super geklappt. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

Online gebucht. Kontakt per WhatsApp. In Trang super abgeholt, bei strömenden Regen mit dem Auto vorgefahren, am Pier wartete schon das Longtailboot nach Koh Libong....Perfekt! Und es wurde nachgefragt ob alles gut geklappt hat.
Das alles zu einem fairem Preis! 5 Sterne und immer wieder gerne!

Airport nach pakbara war super. Alles hat super geklappt und die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Jedoch empfanden wir den Weg von hat yai nach koh Lipe sehr lange. Das Boot machte 2 Stopps was wir als unnötig empfanden. So verliert man unnötig Zeit!

В целом, хорошо организованный сервис, главное - соблюдение заявленного графика. У нас был заказан трансфер с Липе до аэропорта Хат Яй на последнем спидботе в 13:30. Лодка отправилась вовремя и была без промежуточных остановок на соседних островах, как по дороге "туда". Лодка шла быстро и по расписанию. По прибытию в Пак Бару на пристани нас ждал стафф с табличкой с нашими фамилиями. Сам процесс пересадки с лодки на Ван и отправки занял не более 10мин. В аэропорт прибыли на 30 мин раньше расписания (в17:00), за что отдельный респект перевозчику. Теперь, за что снижена оценка. Отправление спидбота было не от того причала (платформы), указанной в ваучере и подтвержденной в СМС накануне. В результате пришлось в спешном порядке с багажом метаться по берегу в поисках нужного пирса. Возможно, в этом нет прямой вины сервиса 12go, но факт остается фактом и ложится на сервис.

Our route was: Koh Lipe > Pak Bara Pier > HDY airport.
Found the check in spot at pattaya beach after a few moments of looking for it. if you go to the wrong checkin, they will guide you to the correct one. Drive with the speedboat went as expected and we arrived a little bit earlier. Seas were quiet so that was a plus.
At pak bara pier, we were picked up by a guy holding a plate with our name on it. We waited for a mini van for about 20 min and started our journey to HDY. Drive went smooth too and we arrived early again.
5* would book again!

Used 12go.asia and Smart en Plus for a return trip to Koh Lipe from Had Yai airport. I must say they do work like clockwork. First trip we arrived almost an hour ahead of time to the Island, return trip we arrived 5 mins earlier which would have allowed us to board the 14:15 flight to Bangkok even if we had to check in a bag. Bus drivers and buses were fine. Return bus was actually a bit better. Buses take about 1:45 to 2hrs to the pier depending if there is a short break halfway. On arrival you pay 220 fees for national park and pier as stated i terms and conditions. The boat ride is definitely not for the faint hearted, xanax did the trick fo us. We had 2-3 people standing which can be avoided if they are a little bit less greedy. Same happend on the return trip, thats why I am giving a 4 star rating. I wish they either had bigger boats or drive a bit slower in choppy seas, I honestly would not mind if the trip took 2 hrs instead of 1:15 out journey or 1:30 for the return (sea was a bit rougher and the captain did take it easy at first to his defence). One thing to note, when you arrive its high tide around noon so you step right onto the beach on a floating pier. If you depart early morning 9-9:30 there is low tide where you are loaded onto longtail boats to a barge that acts like a terminal for all companies so do arriver early, say 45 mins, to get a btter chance in the boarding order (you are handed a number at check in on the beach and at the pier in the mainland as well). Boats fit about 45 people plus luggage. Health a safety had major room for impovement, such as ask all the passengers to wear the lifejackets on the their seats or at least explain how to do it! Takes 2 minutes! Hope this helps!

Der Transport ist gut organisiert, allerdings muss man bei Ebbe mit seinem Gepäck erstmal eine ziemliche Strecke über den Strand um dann Hüfthoch mit seinem Koffer durchs Wasser zu waten um auf das Longtailboat zu kommen, welches einen dann zum Ponton bringt an dem das Speedboat ablegt. Hier wäre es toll wenn gerade älteren Reisenden mit dem Gepäck geholfen würde, auch wenn man dafür vielleicht etwas bezahlen müsste....

The 1130am boat ride from Pak Bara pier to Lipe had a stop ( 15minutes) at Koh Tarutao and another 15 Minutes on a small island.Everyone on board was expecting the boat to go direct on Lipe. The stops were not indicated on the website when we did the booking
