At the final stop in Lisbon, there was no direct link with taxi. You have to walk another 300m to access the taxi. Besides, the lift and escalator from the bus stop to where you will access the taxi lane are out of service. So you have to carry all your bags and walk down the steps each time. It was a bad idea to not have taxi directly linked up with the bus station. Overall, I ended up with back pain.

No toilet in work. Clean bus. There should be a working toilet on a 4 hours trip. Especially when you go with children. The driver did his work by taken us safetly from lisbon to Tavira, but he was not so nice.

The bus was new, however my seat ( No 44 ) was perhaps above the rear axle and uncomfortable. new bus, clean and tidy. there was vibration from the bus whilst on the road and appeared to be from the shock absorbers, which were creating a bumpy ride, even on motorways and smooth roads. The bus was only 30% occupied.

We took a day trip. The bus was comfortable. The trip was pleasurable. We got there on time. I thought that I had booked the journey both ways, initially. When I checked I saw that I had just the return, and not the outward. I went back online and all worked. This is a minor inconvenience and the only negative aspect. I’d recommend your service to anyone wishing to make the similar trip.

I am a tall guy, it gets very crowded for my legs if I get a window seat and a neighbor by my side at the aisle. Ok, I could buy two tickets right away, but I really need to be sure it really is the seat next to my primary seat. This should be a service offered.

Aufgrund des hohen Wellengangs könnte die Tour nicht durchgeführt werden. Ich würde umgehend informiert. Mir stand zur Auswahl, ob ich die Tour auf einen der nächsten Tage umbuche oder das Geld zurückerhalte. Rückzahlung erfolgte prompt, da ich leider am nächsten Tag abreisen musste.
