Excellent. The bus was very clean and on time, the AC was on, the drive was a bit hectic, but can’t blame the driver as the drivers in Sicily are just all crazy haha. 10/10 anyway.

Comfortable low-cost transport to Palermo airport. Efficient, polite service. Air-conditioned bus with comfortable seats. Driver took care when loading & unloading luggage. Easy to book online & no difficulties when presenting printed tickets on the bus. The location of bus stops was difficult to find, both at the airport & in Palermo: more detailed information online would be useful.

Although we arrived 1 minute after the supposed bus departure, the bus conductor did not allow us to enter the bus (which had not departed yet) and as a result we almost missed our flight.

Easy to locate and helpful staff. We were dropped a long way from our hotel, at night in a city we didn’t know. I think a closer drop off point would have helped.

Palermo airport. Easy drive, only took like 30 minutes while a taxi would have taken an hour. Clean bus, nice seats. And the driver would say out loud where we were so we knew when to hop off. 10/10.
