Bus war etwas dreckig und die Toilette eine Katastrophe

Points positifs :Horaires respectés, fauteuils comfortables, climatisation et toilette. Points négatif : pas de vrai repas à bord. Pas de wifi, pas de pause pour prendre quelque chose a manger autre que les "deux petits" gâteaux la bouteille d'eau et le jus de multivitaminé. Prévoyez de manger !!

Sehr viel Beinfreiheit und Snacks und ein kleine Wasser umsonst. Bus hat paar mal angehalten um Thailänder abzuholen bzw. irgendwo abzusetzen. WLAN hat natürlich nicht geklappt. Warmes Essen gab es nicht umsonst. Fernseh war auch nicht vorhanden. Toilette dreckig und alles nass. Für die lange Strecke war es aber soweit zufrieden stellend. Wir würden es wieder buchen :)

Все отлично, соотношение цена -качество! Пожалела , что на обратную дорогу уже купила авиа билет! Время в поездке пролетело незаметно , сиденья удобные, раскладываются, всю ночь спала , прибывает на станцию Рядом с чатучак рынком , куда мне и надо было ! Вайфай средний , на мессенджеры хватит , но не более того. Немного прохладно , но выдают плед . Прибыли на 2 часа раньше , все супер. я довольна , спасибо компании за приемлимые цены на билеты !!!

Very good trip. Muy buen viaje, tomenlo de noche, asi no lo sentiran. El mio duro 15 horas.

Its was OK but we didn't get the dinner we were promised. The Snacks were cakes and very yummy

Der Bus ist mit komfortablen Liegesitzen ausgestattet. Eine ideale Nachtreise ist es wert, Mann verliert keinen Tag, ruht sich über Nacht aus und ist am Morgen danach am neuen Ort. Es werden eine Flasche Wasser, Saft und etwas zu essen zur Verfügung gestellt. Liebend gerne wieder :)

Доехали на 2 часа раньше. Несколько раз делали остановки, где-то что-то загружали, где-то кто-то выходил. Персонал приветливый. Wi-fi работал. Кондиционер можно над собой перекрыть + плед. Туалет небольшой, если сравнивать с таковыми в поездах, то примерно 1/2. По пути делали остановку у Khun Sarai Restaurant в провинции Chumphon. Не знаю входило ли питание в стоимость, но я заказывал и оплачивал сам. Было вкусно и недорого.

Bus très confortable, gros bémol les toilettes

The journey was really smooth, I had concerns because of the 14 hours inside s bus, but all was good. The seats are comfortable very very big you can almost lay down and still have space to put the bagpack and plastic bags with snacks, the WC was decent. We where given in the beginning a bottle of water and a small cupcake. The bus stopped in the middle of the journey in a big station and we where offer a nice simple that warm meal. Definitely recommend this company. And the bus arrived 1 hour before shedule, Perfect

Everything is okay. The bus is pretty comfortable. Driver can speak English. It was not like a race we drove slowly but confident and came in 90 mins before time. The only one problem is no information about how long is gonna to be the stop.

Comfortable and safe ride, enough space to stretch your legs, free wifi, usb charger. Good alternative to flying to Bangkok

It was a nice journey. Very spaces even for well built person. Unless other than the time factor it is more comfortable than the flight.

It was a pleasant ride, we arrived 2 hours earlier. Fast WiFi on board and USB chargers makes the road goes faster. Complimentary drink and snack as well. Was a bit old bus, but comfy.

On time, very comfortable (reclining seats, good leg space, snack+water included). The AC on the bus is very very cold!! They do give a blanket but I suggest to also carry a scarf. But overall good way to travel.

Départ prévu à 16h30, parti à 17h. Pause de 30mn à 23h30. Toilettes du bus impraticables! Elles étaient dégoûtantes. Chauffeurs sympas et bonne conduite. L'hôtesse n'était pas aimable. Nous étions 3. Nous avons reçu une bouteille d'eau chacun et une part de gâteau, une couverture. À prévoir des vêtements chauds (à cause de la clim) et un repas à emporter. 1 seule prise USB qui fonctionne sur nos 4 fauteuils et j'ai prêté la nôtre à la fille derrière nous... Le wifi a fonctionné quelques heures.

The seats were great, we had a lot of space for the legs and we could lower our seat without bothering the person behind us. However, the service was mediocre, the hostess was disrepectfull, i never saw anything like that. She was screaming at passengers, threw things on the floor and was very agressive. For example, the bus left later than expected, so i just went down to take something i forgot in my bag. When she saw me go down the stairs, she just yelled at me, with big movements with her arms, to go back up. Also, during the trip she was serving little cakes for snacks, and instead of passing them gently to the passengers, she was throwing them at us very agressively. Finally, at one time during the trip we stopped to grab two other passengers. Half of the bus was empty when we left at the beggining, and we had a bag that was running all over the floor because of the movements of the bus, so we decided to put it on the seat beside us. It turned out that the seat was occupied by the new passengers. When the hostess saw our bag, she started yelling something in thaï. I don't know what she was saying, but i believed she wanted to know who layed down his bag there. I was kind of scared because she seamed really mad. I said it was mine, and told calmly that i could take it back. Again, she grabed it very agressively and threw it at me. Over all, this woman clearly didn't like her job, and she offered us a horrible service. Also there were some instuctions given during the trip about the arrival in bangkok. We never understood what it was because she only told it in thaï (we never heard her talk to us in english), and it finally turned out that we arrived at an other bus terminal than the one that was mentionned. In a good way, it was closer to the place we were going after, but when you are taking a trip bus, you expect it to bring you to the place that was mentionned, and it wasn't the case. We only understood that we weren't at the good place when we looked on google map. Over all, the bus was comfortable, but the service given was the worst i ever saw.

No priority service was provided for which you collected 50TBH. We were expecting some good veg food which was missing.

Инструкция для таких же бомжей-путешественников в экономе, как я: 1. Поешьте! 2. Купите пару сэндвичей или еще чего-то, что вы съедите через 6 часов 3. Внимательно изучите свой автобус, найдите отличительные детали, лучше сфоткайте. Потом поймёте, зачем. 4. Наденьте джинсы и возьмите толстовку, особенно если едете ночью, в шортах замерзнете В автобусе вас будет ждать пироженка, вода, плед, юсб между сиденьями. Внизу есть туалет. Остановка будет всего одна и скорее всего вы сразу куда-то побежите. Запомните, где вы зашли, и какой автобус ваш! Они все очень похожи! Эта остановка не рассчитана на иностранцев, всё на тайском! Возможно вы найдете там, что поесть, но на всякий случай у вас есть сэндвичи. В Бангкоке лучше выходить на северной станции, на ней большинство и выйдет, не пропустите.

Wifi was not working. The window of the bus was leaking. Uncomfortable seats

Hat alles super geklappt. Nur die Bus Begleiterin war etwas unhöflich. Wir sind auch 3h eher angekommen als geplant...

Everybody was very helpful and friendly when we picked up our tickets, checked in and boarded the bus. The seats were super comfortable and we were even provided with a bottle of water and some snacks! The wifi on the bus was speedy and we each had a charge port for our phones. All round a superb experience!

Driver was so kind and his English was amazing!.Happy with coolest company ever

The bus ride it self was okay. Started a bit late, but still arrived early. The drivers was speeding a bit which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The included food gave me and my friend food poisoning.

12h overnight ride without stretching your legs is tiresome and the bus toilet was 1 star, otherwise ok

Pretty comfortable. Woken up by loud crackly radio over the speakers which played for the last 30 minutes of the trip

Awesome bus with almost 180 degrees reclined. Dinner included, got in phuket earlier than advised. The only problem was to find the place where to change your online ticket but apart from that all good

Bus itself is good but hospitality service is really bad. Our bus attendant was a lady boy and she never smiled or looked us through our eyes. She had a very rude attitude to everybody as if she did not want to work. She even woke me up when it wasn't even my station and yelled at me to get off from the bus and after I got off, she realised that it wasn't my destination. Again, She yelled at me to get on the bus without any apology.

Very nice service. Late night dinner is included in the trip for free and it is very tasty. They also give free juice and two pastries. Overall, bus ride went really fast. However, i do wish there were more seats below because upstairs is too bumpy

We took the cheapest bus which turned out to be very comfy - a lot of leg room, very comfortable seats. Food on the stop (around 22:30) was very good. We watched a movie, fell asleep and woke up in Bangkok so the trip passed in no time. Great alternative for flying if you have a large suitcase - there are no fees for additional weight or dimensions.

This ride was enjoyable. We sat on the top deck at the back. The chairs were fairly comfortable and reclined more than I thought they would. We left an hour later but arrived half an hour earlier then our updated arrival time. We stopped about half way and were treated to a free meal. The food was delicious! We ate with other travellers from the same company, though different buses. I'd read a bunch of reviews prior to the trip that recommended wearing something slightly warmer as the air con gets cold - they were right and I was glad that I had something with me to change into as the blanket provided was quite thin. All in all, a good trip. Thank you!

Отлично. Заказал билеты за две недели через сайт, на автовокзале подтвердил. Доехали за 11часов.

Spacious and comfortable. Lots of legroom..seat is very wide and the seat in front of you is far from you.The stewardess was friendly and could speak a bit of English. Stop included a free meal and snacks also provided at the start of the trip. Wifi was good.Occassionaly put off mainly after we had stopped..but was quickly put back on, on request. We enjoyed the trip.

The trip was ok, though they cancelled my bus and put me on another later bus. I have also left some clothes on the bus .. do you know if I can get them from the bus company?

ผมนั่งขาไปและขากลับ กรุงเทพภูเก็ต เอาไอแมคขนไปด้วย นั่งชั้นล่าง เลขที่37 ชั้นล่างคือแอร์นรกมาก ร้อนไฟฟไหม้ รถขับเร็วแล้วแอร์หาย หายใจแทบไม่ออกเหงื่อโทรมเลย ควรปรับปรุง แมลงแกลบตัวเล็กๆ กินขนมผมไปหมดเลย และไต่บนตัวนิดหน่อย คนเกลียดกลัวแมลงสาบควรเลี่ยง นอกนั้น ก็โอเคครับ รถถึงเร็วกว่ากำหนดการ อาจจะหวาดเสียวหน่อย เกือบสวัสดีท้ายรถสิบล้ออยู่รอบนึง ที่นั่ง ใครจะไปควรหาหมอนรองคอไปด้วยครับ แต่คะแนนน้อยเพราะ จองรถวีไอพี 24 คุณพระวีไอพียังน่ากลัวขนาดนี้ ธรรมดาจะเป็นอย่างไร โกรธมาก แจ้งว่าแอร์เสีย เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าก็ขึ้นไปนั่งข้างบน อ้าวววว

The bus is comfortable. At first we got a bus with AC problem and they change the bus. The leg room is better than low budget airlines, and can incline and has a place for our feet, too! The snacks isn't great, but for the price, getting snacks, water bottle, and juice is already great. They provide us with blanket. The staff at the bus can't speak English but at the counter they do.

Le bus de nuit etait tres confortable. On y dort bien mieux que dans un avion. La collation etait un peu legere.

The lady on the bus was quite rude and not very approachable, otherwise we had a pleasant journey.

Доброго времени суток, купили билеты до южного автобусного терминала Бангкока, но автобус пришёл на Чаттучак. Но это пол беды. Пришлось приложить весь опыт, что бы понять что букинг нужно показывать в первой кассе на автовокзале Пхукета, добавьте этот пункт что бы туристы не тупили. Автобус в принципе огонь, и даже с бесплатным вай фаем, но пароль так и не удалось узнать у Тайки которая говорила окей набирая нам пароль от него, но всегда происходил сбой. Мы особо не расстроились, раздали с мобилы инет, слава богу в этой стране он работает отменно.

всё было нормально. вовремя уехали. приехали на час раньше даже. туалет в автобусе очень маленький. не очень комфортно. а ещё мне поменяли место , то, которое я выбирала через интернет занял ребёнок, мне дали другое место. это не очень важно, но было удивительно, что без моего спроса. пишут, что удобно спать . лучше чем в российских автобусах, но всё равно полностью прям лечь не на всех местах получится. кресла удобные. раскладываются оптимально. я бы увеличила расстояние между рядами ). в билете указан обед . это были пара небольших кексов и сок и вода. на обед есть остановка . там уже нормальная еда, но за свой счет. спасибо.

Bus trip was pretty good. You're never expecting too much from a sleeper bus but in all fairness the seats were fairly comfy and we were supplied with bottled water, a blanket, and a pillow, The toilet was very dark so could do with a light, and it would be handy to have some charging ports but not the end of the world. One big improvement however would be to make it clearer which stop we were at. We stopped at two bus stations in Bangkok, and at the first stop we weren't entirely sure where we were and if we should be getting off or not. I asked the lady in charge and was shouted at in Thai and then I think she told me to sit down very angrily so I did what I was told and luckily it was the following stop I needed to get off at! So just someone clearly saying the current stop point and then something along the lines of "If you're travelling to so and so bus stop please stay on board" would be very much appreciated to a weary half asleep traveler trying to figure out where on earth they are! But all in all pretty good.

We booked VIP with movie snacks WiFi and dinner included but got a bus without all of it. The staff did not speak a word English so they couldn't help. We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned and had problem's to rearrange our pick up to Kamala Beach.

Good AC bus, arrived on time, easy procedures, recommended.

Hallo, der Trip nach Phuket war ok. Der Komfort des Busses entspricht keineswegs dem Standard eines V.I.P. Die Sitze waren sehr verstaubt und ließen sich auch nur mit starker Anstrengung verstellen. Die vielen Stops, die hier bemängelt werden, beugen vielleicht sogar einem Unfall vor, denn bei der langen Reisezeit ist die Gefahr des Einschlafens sehr hoch. Außerdem wurde ja die Reisezeit eingehalten. Alles in Allem kann man bei dem Preis nicht meckern, und die Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert.

The hospitality was amazing while driving was sometimes a bit scary .

There was very little leg room on this bus. When booking a seat, try to get the front row seats or the seats just behind the stairs for a little extra room. The bus made many random stops and it was unclear as to when the bus would stop to let the passengers have a break. There was a mid point test stop which had a snack food market with a decent selection. The over head compartment for bags is very slim and hard to get a bag up there. The air con is always on high so be prepared with a sweater. They do provide pillows and blankets but I mostly used them to support for comfort. Not the fault of the operator, but it necessary to have a a sleeping mask and ear plugs. For the entire 13 hour trip there was a VERY LOUDLY snoring man it was such a head ache. In my opinion the seat recline far too much and it was uncomfortable when the people in front just put them all the way back. I wish I had chosen the VIP bus to have more personal space and less people on the bus.
