I booked a luggage seat as instructed, then a group booking of 12 people all with unpaid luggage got on. The van was overbooked. I was then put in the position of an angry driver screaming at me in a language I don't understand and a group of 12 people trying to move my bag to the front of the bus while they all kept their own bags close.
I didn't need to be fluent in Thai to understand that if I didn't move the bag, the driver was going to drag both me and the bag off the van. I'm not going to get in a physical altercation in Thailand - especially over a £5 van ticket.
Successful in the sense we did leave on time and arrive on time - I would recommend buying your ticket from the provider directly, at least then when you are at the van point there will be someone there willing to step in and help you out if there are any luggage problems.

The van is more like a mini bus, but the air conditioner is very poor so it is very warm to travel during the day, the worst is the flexibility in time, we waited 1.5hrs from our departure time not to include we being there 45min earlier, while another group of travellers simply being rejected to board their van booked 2hrs earlier as it was full already, the seats are simply assigned to others and subject to first come first served, so you might need to wait for the next one, which time is not confirmed as the van departs only when it is relatively full

Excllent service, took only 2 and a half hour from Pattaya to Bangkok, and driver is good, no stop on the road. Highly recomment if you need a bus.

Когда стояли возле автобуса, рядом решил припарковаться ещё один. Я увидела это, начала отодвигаться, чтобы не мешать ему, но впереди меня ещё стояли люди. Водитель автобуса начал больно толкать меня в спину рукой, чтобы я отошла. Было неприятно.

Didn’t leave until 30 mins late which meant we arrived 30 mins late. We then got dumped at the side of the road no where near our destination but the bus did have aircon and seat was comfortable.

War in Ordnung. Treffpunkt in Pattaya sah eher aus wie ein Wohnzimmer. Der Van war auch nicht mehr der neuste. Aber der Fahrer hat alles versucht pünktlich zu sein.

we book 10am , and they require to check in 45 mins before departure. this is unreasonable, so i arrived at 9:40, and then i wait uitil 10:45 for next van. one more ticket required for 2 luggages. the seat is small, you can’t strecth your legs. won’t recommand this.

The ride is ok, the minivan came to pick up on time. Because of less traffic for the 7 pm trip, we were able to arrive at morchit before 10 pm, which is a big plus. However, when I boarded the van, it was pretty full, and the operator told me to get off the van and let another guy board the van. Of course, I could not understand Thai, and got off the van for 1 min. Then somehow, the lady worked out a plan for me to get on. Thank God I was not left there. Therefore, if you are foreigners who do not speak Thai, I would recommend taking a regular bus.

The price we bought from 12go is more expensive than the onsite price. The counter to change the voucher to tickets was far and difficult to find because it's very small. The van departure was also late. Both driver and the guide were difficult to communicate in English. I thought its still better to take the bus than the van to go to Pattaya.

Bought ticket to depart at 7pm from the operator office. However, the van was late and the local operator office staffs claimed van will only come at 8pm, as if it's not their fault and it's the booking company's fault. Van came at around 7.30pm. The van was very cramped and the driver stopped by at Bangna's petrol oil station to refill petrol (seriously? You expect your passengers to wait 15 min for you to refill petrol and not before your pick up the passengers?), the worst moments because they turned off the AC and it was already cramped inside. Not ideal for claustrophobic people. Just get the freaking normal bus that is 50 baht cheaper and much more spacious and professional! The only good things were that the van was quite new and we are allowed to be dropped off at other places along the way (eg. Mochit BTS instead of the original bus terminal stop that is more convenient).

The van left on time but then again we are a group of 3 girls who booked 4 seats, 1 for our luggage and no one from the van company helped us with our luggages. And the terminal is actually really from the city center.

Wasn't able to attend this trip. The contact at the station doesn't speak English; I asked the hotel reception to call the number for me and she did. The station then said that they will pick me up at the hotel; minutes after I was told to go somewhere to be picked up. Good thing the hotel has a mini car service that can bring me anywhere near the hotel. Arrived at the place, but we found out that the bus station is far from our place (good thing I am with some local Thai at that time so that I was able to be assisted well. Eventually went to Central Pattaya Mall to take the minivan service there instead.
The "Park Pattaya Hotel" is NOT exact. There is a hotel named "Park Hotel" in Pattaya, however I cannot risk going there without being 100% sure. The "Pattaya Pannipa" doesn't help either; it is nowhere to be found in Google Maps.
I suggest next time to be REALLY CLEAR about the pick-up locations. Make sure that they can be located in Google Maps or generally in the internet! Especially for tourists like me who speak ZERO Thai. Don't care about the money wasted on this trip (it is only less than B200), but what I really hated was the inconvenience it caused me that morning, and the bad feeling of uncertainty on whether I would be able to meet my train at Hua Lamphong that very same day.

I had a good experience with this bus company. I read many bad reviews, and so I went in with low expectations. But everything went smoothly. I arrived early for the bus and was able to wait in a comfy semi-outdoor waiting area that had a (very basic, but functioning) bathroom, snacks for purchase, etc. I was able to take an earlier bus, too, which was nice. The bus itself was better than I expected and even had a USB port at my seat that worked. The driver was a bit too fast and weaved through traffic more than I liked, but we didn't run into any issues. The journey lasted around the amount of time it said it would. Overall, I'd take this bus company again. (Note, I didn't have a plane to catch, so I wasn't worried about a late start, which could understandably be a concern for some people. I don't know if I'd rely on this bus for a tight connection. That said, this bus did not wait for it to be full before departing, so we did leave more or less on time.)
The pickup location in Pattaya has a large pink banner over it (as of September 2026).

The bus was on time to depart but traffic made the arrival a bit late. The seat was okay for short ride but it would have been too uncomfortable for a longer trip. The driver didn't really announce the stops as Thai people left 2 by 2 at different points but eventually told us we had reached the final stop when he saw the foreigners not getting out.

It was very affordable & comfortable. My only negative part was we left 40 mins late, so of course we arrived 50 mins behind schedule. If I wanted to arrive at 10:45 I would’ve booked 8am and not 7am.

Departure time on booking was 11:00 AM, but it departed 11:40 then arriving at 2:30 which is one hour late. Also seats are not comfortable. So instead of 2hour 20 minutes, it takes 3 hour 30 minutes so consider this before booking so you can manage your next travel plans

Driver wasn’t the nicest person and we weren’t sure where to get off .. He seemed angry.. that’s not a good way of doing business.. But he was a good driver and was helpful with the bags .. It was raining when we arrived.. maybe he was just tired . I would have given him a tip but he didn’t seem like he even wanted one.. Also I was charged 100baht extra for my luggage.. I saw othered with 2 pieces and they weren’t charged.. The bus was half empty.. Overall I will most likely never use the service again.

Driver stopped 3 times to pick up car parts & food. The trip should have been 1.5 hours and it turned into 2.5 hours, traffic being part of the cause. We had an activity booked as soon as scheduled for the arrival time on 12Go, unfortunately we had to cancel our plans. Please keep this in mind when booking this service.

The driver was 70 min to late and I was in Phuket 3 housers later than promised.
And he not bring me to the pear but to another bus station in Pattaya so I had to take a taxi to the pear.
I had my ferry missed already and then he sayes he don’t go any further, that was it for me.
So that’s extra 150 bhat I needed to pay, thanx for that.

Buses aren't in great condition, but bus was early, we left 10 minutes early, had a stop half way for petrol/toilet.
Arrived close to time.
You're told to arrive 30 minutes early, so leaving early works well.
It worked well for me.

Booked a Mini-Bus, but then there was only a Van with less capacity and we were 'rebooked' for one hour later. Actually the delay turned out to be a blessing, since finally we actually did travel in a Mini-Bus -- much more comfortable than in the completely stuffed Van. (Therefore still 3 stars, otherwise it would be only 2.)
