They ruined my last day of vacation and costed me money. The ride was quiet. I booked a trip from Disneyland to Beauvais Airport at 14:40, my flight was at 18:00. The day before they informed me that they had changed the time from 14:40 to 11:45. There were no other rides available with so little notice period and they cut in half the time I had left at the park. I had paid for a whole day at the park only to have 2h there. I feel like they ruined my experience, they costed me money and I honestly feel scammed. I'm very upset and disappointed. Not to tell that they cancelled twice before I could get a ride. A waste of time and money.

A truly awful service. The ride was late, the driver was speeding and texting throughout. It was a terrible service. Poor driving, poor communication from the get-go (the meeting point coordinates were wrong, the car was late), just a terrible experience.

Cancelled trip at short notice. Got an email 2 days before saying cancelled no offer of alternative options and not clear about refund left us struggling to find a direct route to destination meaning missed flights.

Transfer from Disneyland to Beauvais. Comfortable private bus/taxi. Plenty of space. Liked the supply of the vehicle details and the driver's phone number, which I had to use because he was a bit late. Driver was about 10 mins late. Made me slightly stressed. Until I got the confirmation on the day of travel I wasn't sure of the exact pickup point.

Both taxis were late on two separate days ones being the taxi needed for our flight poor service. That the taxi was late both days not acceptable.

Late and changed pick up due to parking being closed. However parking area was not closed just work. Got us to the airport safely and within flight timescales. Moving pick up, we had to walk with cases.

Surreale. Contattati al cellulare per modifica orario. Autista arrivato un orario, ma non un minuto prima, abbiamo aspettato al freddo sotto la pioggia. Durante il viaggio autista ha sempre usato il cellulare scrivendo e leggendo messaggi. Viaggio nel complesso non male ma pericoloso.
