Das Boot war etwas größer als andere aber die Sitze waren sehr eng zusammen. Zusätzlich lagen die Koffer unter den Sitzen. Man hatte kaum Platz für seine Beine.

Die Überfahrt war gut und ruhig.
Die Klimaanlage war jedoch sehr sehr kalt eingestellt, so dass ich mich hinder dem Sitz verstecken musste.

The ride and transfers and staff were good, but none of us knew that we would be stopping at two islands on the way from Hat Yai to Koh Lipe for no apparent reason whatsoever. We were then an hour later arriving at our destination than was advertised. The reason I booked this was because of the timing. They should advise when booking that there will be two stops (they say 15 mins but it’s double that each time) made in the East and adjust the arrival time.

Perfectly on time and comfortable journey. Stopped at 2 islands and we had 15 minutes to enjoy and take pictures, making it seem like a touristic journey instead of just a transfer.

Super pünktlich, sind sogar vor der zeit los, weil alle da waren. Am Airport Hat Yai einfach aus dem Exit 8 rausgehen und entspannt auf den Fahrer warten. Die suchen dich sogar im Zweifel ;)

Der Zug ist pünktlich in Bangkok los gefahren nur leider waren wir 1,5h zu spät am Zielort und haben damit den Van verpasst und mussten 400 bath extra zahlen ..

In general everything was fine. Boarding was messy and slow. After arriving on the pier - for transfer to the van- noone told us that we need to find the agency who sold those tickets to us, for further going to

Boat trip was a breeze but we were surprised it only went to Pakbara, then van the rest of the way to Krabi (a few hours). That said, the van ride was surprisingly comfy. And, it was on credit since 12Go and Jolly were good enough to do so after we missed the ferry we'd booked the week before because our flight connection was too tight (but that's another story...) ;)

The ferry was a smaller, open-air boat and I like that way better than the closed-in ones that smell like fuel. The waves were choppy from Lipe to Pak Bara, take motion sickness pills! Our driver was great, drive safely and stopped about 2 hours into our 4 our van trip to get a bite and used the toilet. Would recommend.

Wir sind mit der Jolly Agency gereist und sind zufrieden damit. Vor allem die Fahrt von Pier bis krabi war toll. Wir sind in Thailand das darf man nicht vergessen. Organisation ist bei Minimum, man muss schon selber dafür sorgen dass man im richtigen Moment die richtigen Fragen stellt. Ansonsten steht man blöd da und schaut zu wie alle anderen weiter kommen. Sprechen sie die Leute an, fragen sie wo sie hin müssen, denn es kommt keiner der sie an die Hand mit nimmt.

The appointment at the hotel was for 8,30 in the morning.The minivan arrived at 9,15 and there was no space on board.Two hours ion the road was terrible.

The bus picked us up on time (even a little earlier) and the journey to Pak Bara was quite good. We arrived at 10 am and had to wait for our ferry at 11:30. The boat departed 30 mins late and stopped twice during its journey on two small islands. Most people were not interested in leaving the boat, so the stops are pretty much a waste of time. We arrived at half past 2 - one hour later than planned.

We stopped twice on the way at islands with all the other boats 20 minutes each time. Too many people and not enough time to enjoy. Could have cut 40-60 mins of the journey.

12go asia has very bad service:
1: the speedboat was a different one than booked. Since some speedboats have very bad ratings, the choice of speedboat is important. To change that without consent is not acceptable, however once you book, you don't have a choice.
2: we tried to change the pick up location to a different one. We paid the extra money for service, so we received an answer. The cost of changing the ticket was 320 baht! So we decided to take a taxi to the location on the ticket because that was cheaper. Why did I pay money for service, when using the service will cost you a lot again?

Pünktliche Abfahrtin Bangkok, aber leider 2,5 stündige Verspätung in Hat Yai. Man kann Essen und Trinken während der Fahrt kaufen bzw. vorbestellen. Das ist etwas teurer, aber ok.
Was man wirklich beachten muss, dass die Klimaanlage auf gefühlte 10 Grad läuft und man sie nicht a regulieren oder abschalten kann! Das heißt, alle verfügbaren Pullis und Jacken anziehen!

The ferry was really fast and the bustrip was fine. We booked the hoteltransfer but when we enter the bus they said we need to pay more because the hotel was too far away. We booked this before so they had the time to contact us about that the transfer will cost us more. I really dont like the way they did it.

Das Pick up am Bahnhof Hat Yak erfolgte 30 Minuten später und wurde noch vorangekündigt. Wir waren die ersten die abgeholt wurden. Die Reise mit dem Minivan bis zum Pier war abgenehm. Auch die Weiterreise auf die Insel war gut organisiert. Die Ankunft war früher als geplant.

The minibus part of the travel went smoothly. The driver was on time and friendly. However, if you are booking this journey, you should know that you will arrive at 3pm and not 12.30 as advertised as the boat stops at 2 islands on the way. In the boat it is hot and crowded, and when you woke up at 5am you honestly just want to get to your destination and not make two stops on the way "for sightseeing" as they say...

5 because of the service! I make my booking on the wrong date. I was waiting until the pickup time and I discovered the mistake.. I call them and 10min after someone came to pick me up. No additional cost.

In total all was fine and we reached our destination, but we arrived an hour later than planned, because we didn‘t get the booked ferry. The driver for the Mini-Van has had a wrong information concerning our group size (two instead of four), but managed ist well.

The trip in general was good, above all punctual, but We didn't like that Jolly travel had never explain anything about the trip. We at the begining of the trip We felt worried because We didn't know how long would take the trip from Krabi town to the Pier. I think they must to improve the comunication with the clients and the drivers have to explain well the times and the itinerary. In the other side the trip was good and We arrived at 1.30.

Everything worked great. They exspected us at the airport and brought us directly to the van.
We had a delay at the peer but that was not 12go's fault.

La mer était très agitée et le bateau allait beaucoup trop vite vu les Conditions. Le conducteur du van était parfait bonne conduite et adorable par contre trajet trop longs car différents arrêts , je recommande jolly Travel pour son sérieux et son organisation.

Pros: driver was friendly and in time. The hosts at the pier were also very friendly and brang our luggage safe to the island.
Cons: No information about the travel plan
The part with the speedboat was definately too long: also no information about the itenary, two stopps for the 15 min in the national park abd another Island, nice but needless. Finaly: 2h delay in koh lipe.
