Once we got on the station in Marrakesh, everybody was shouting en we didn’t know which bus to take. Eventually we just took a bus from which the guy was shooting essasouira. Then we couldn’t take our lugage on the bus without paying the guy money, eventually we arriverd one hour later then plannend.

They pretended a fee for a 40lt backpack even if a 20kg luggage was included in the ticket. The bus was dirt with no air inside. They made multiple stops along the roads to let people in and out so we arrived at Essaouira 1 hour later than expected

We should have the bagage payed but we have to pay 20 dirham more to put our bagage.
There were more people in the bus than seats so people had to be in the middle of the bus without seats.
