alles war toll organisiert, von Anfang bis Ende gab es keine Probleme bei der Einreise nach Thailand. Ich habe bereits mit Giant Ibis die Einreise nach Cambodia von Vietnam aus gemacht und aufgrund guter Erfahrungen wieder gebucht. Genügend Pausen, Getränke + Snacks im Bus, bequeme Sitze, alles sauber - top!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - was picked up from my hotel to the bus station. Left on time. Free snack (bread), water bottle, and voucher. Had enough time for restroom breaks at stop. The driver is very skilled and the staff is very cheerful and accommodating ; informs us of what we are to expect on the trip (time and itinerary). Bus also has working chair recliners, charging ports and wifi. Would highly recommend! Thank you 12Go & Giant Ibis!

Der Service war sehr gut, die Reisebegleiterin vom Busunternehmen hat sich um die Visa beim Grenzübergang nach Vietnam gekümmert. Wir mussten nur noch mit dem Reisepass und Gepäck durch die Kontrolle.

Sehr organisierte Fahrt, nettes Personal, gute Fahrer, der Grenzübergang wird gut organisiert und man bekommt das Visa auf dem Weg zur Grenze in der Botschaft und zahlt Cash im Bus in USD/Baht (Stand März 2025 -1400baht p.P). Genaue Erklärung wie man über die Grenze kommt also Idiotensicher. Es gibt keine Toilette an Bord aber es wird auf der Strecke 3x gestoppt. Gute Kommunikation in Englisch.
Fazit: Sehr gut würde ich wieder machen :)

Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Kurzer Stop nach 2h Fahrt. Kamen aber 45min später als geplant an. Tickets für die Fähren können direkt im Bus gekauft werden für 25$ Hin und zurück. Sowohl für Koh Rong als auch für Sonloem (man kann mit dem Ticket auch erst zu der einen Insel fahren und von der anderen dann zurück)

Pünktliche Abfahrt und schöner, bequemer Bus. Es gab Wasser und einen Snack. Sehr nette Reisebegleitung, die uns die Fahrt über gut informiert hielt (z.B. zu Stopps etc.). Absolut empfehlenswertes Busunternehmen.

Wir sind vom pünktlich abgefahren. Der Bus war angenehm und es wurden Wasser und ein Snack verteilt. An der Grenze war der Reisebegleiter mit den Ausreise-/Einreiseformalitäten behilflich. Ein Stopp wurde zum Mittagessen eingelegt. Wir kamen aufgrund des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens in Ho Chi Minh City ca. eine Stunde verspätetet an; dafür kann das Unternehmen allerdings nichts. Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.

Nachtbus von Siem Reap nach Kampot. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten eine Doppelkabine, etwas schmal, aber völlig in Ordnung. Decken und Kissen waren super, Fahrt war etwas ruckelig, aber in Ordnung. Waren 40 min zu früh am Zielort. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Gut organisierte Fahrt, 2 Fahrer + 1 Mann mit guten Englisch Kenntnisse, er hat sich um das Visum gekümmert und uns beim Grenzübergang gezeigt wo wir lang müssen. Das Essen war gut. Der Bus bequem, W- lan und USB zum Laden.

It was absolutely perfect, from departure to arrival! A big thank you to the staff that made this travel so easy, specially as we had to cross a border, and the person spoke very well English.
The bus by itself is very comfortable, large seats and large space for your legs.
The team gives all the correct information, which is very helpful for a smooth travel.
We also had breakfast and lunch on the bus, what a pleasant surprise!
I highly recommend traveling with Giant Ibis, it’s a 5* service.

Clean bus, reclining seats, everything worked. Given a pain au chocolat at the start of the journey, stopped for lunch, stopped for another toilet break. The assistant on the bus was also lovely with wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend Giant Ibis!

Complètement inconfortable, nous étions à l'arrière sur les roues, nous avons ressenti chaque trou ou bosse de la route.
Le matelas dur comme une planche, j'ai eu des marques et des douleurs au niveau de la colonne vertébrale pendant les jours suivants.
J'aurais préféré payer un peu plus cher mais voyager dans de meilleures conditions.

Bus at time, exchange money at their office Dong to Riel, SIM card a bit more expensive than the original but available with the best phone provider of Cambodia "cellcard" for 12$/30 days (6go per day + 120min call).
The bus was comfortable and the stuff really friendly and English speaker.
They provide some snack on the way and few stops to rest. They are also the one dealing with the passeport and visa for Cambodia.
I recommande this company!

Very comfortable journey and we were even provided with snacks! Left a little late as we were waiting for other passengers who were stuck in traffic. We had some issues at the border but the Giant Ibis staff were really helpful and made sure we got through to Vietnam

We left on time and you actually are able to sleep in the bus in this bunk bed style setup. The restroom needed a little of TLC but overall great experience and service. The crew was very attentive and helpful. They even asked you to remove your shoes as you come aboard the bus so the floor can be kept clean easily.

Great experience. The bud was equipped with air con, charging ports, wifi and they even provided a coffee and snack first thing in the morning. The guide was great help and was so helpful with getting a visa at the border. No stress, very straightforward and will be using again.

Went from Seim Reap to Sihanoukville over night. The bus left on time and arrived on time. The reason for 4 stars only is because the bus was dated, the mattress could have been more comfortable, the vents were missing if you didn't want to be blasted with AC, and there was no personal light.

Very punctual departure and smooth ride. Two smaller breaks and one lunch break in between the borders.
Border crossing went quick and batch processing was handled professionally…
Staff was very nice and everything was explained thoroughly.
In the end the arrival was around and hour late (5.15pm) - which is quite common, I reckon.
Bus was clean, spacious and quite comfy. We’d use the service again!

Spent three months in SE Asia and this is the best bus journey we’ve been on so far. Very comfy, sensible driving, journey was explained when we got on the bus including when we’d be stopping and for how long. Same goes for at the border, they charge a little more for processing the visas altogether for you, but it was such a smooth process we were happy to pay $5ish extra. Just be aware that it will not be 6hrs altogether as I think it says on website, this does not account for the stops and border crossing.

I took the bus from Siem reap to Kampot. The bus left 10 minutes early as I believe everyone who had a ticket was already on board.
The beds were clean and comfortable with privacy curtains.
The drivers were approachable and friendly and I got a good sleep. There was a clean toilet on board.
We arrived around 1 hour early to our destination.
They gave everyone a bottle of water and bag for your shoes.
I would 100% take this bus again. Thank you

We've travelled in the night bus from siem reap to Kampot and from Kampot to Phnom Penh. Both times the bus was on time, the staff super friendly and the service outstanding. For us the beds were too hard and too short (I'm just 1,70 m but could feel top and bottom) but it was okay for one night. Driving also was both times very good, felt safe!
