Fortunately, we switched vehicles shortly after starting the trip. The previous one had broken, dirty seats that didn't recline properly. The other one was smaller, but I rode up front and it was fine.

About driver assistant. Passengers respect. What the driver's assistant mistook for confidence was arrogance. I wanted to sleep because we were on a long trip (11 hours). But while I was asleep, he woke me up to ask me to change my seat position. However, it wasn't a position that would bother the person sitting behind me. He did it out of his own arrogance, not because the person behind me requested it. In fact, the person sitting behind me didn't even mention it. And this driver who turns up the music volume to his liking during the journey. They need to learn to be considerate.

Avoid if you can. The driver was polite. The bus does not take 9 hours, it takes almost 12 hours. There are constant stops with no communication as to why. It was 30mins late to Kotor, we stopped for a break 10mins out of Skopje for some reason when we were already 3 hours behind. Just a horrible trip.

There was no air conditioning in the bus and I even paid extra for VIPp service. The bus did not h s. No air conditioning in the bus and no seatbelts. Very uncomfortable.

Super helpful when I was lost looking for the bus, they called and assisted right away. Super kind driver and clean bus. Too many long breaks, we arrived almost 3 hours after the specified drop off time.

Don't even think about driving with them. Both driversr doesn't know english. Driver didin't want to stop for a toilet in 7 hours. Bus broke down and oir trip took 5 hours extra :) Never again.

Cheap travel possibility, but really uncomfortable. Cheap We reached Skopje. Air conditioning was broken Huge delay (3h) Poor communication (No information about the delay, breaks, border control, ..) Very little legroom.

Wir haben drei Stunden an der Grenze gewartet, weil der Bus keine Genehmigung für den Kosovo hatte. Der Fahrer hat uns an der Grenze aussteigen lassen und ist ohne eine Informationen und mit unserem Gepäck und den Wertsachen nach skopje zurückgefahren um den Bus zu tauschen. Wir haben 3 Stunden gewartet. In montenegro gab es eine Panne. Wir mussten in einer anderen Unterkunft übernachten. Ich bin mit dem bus nicht an meinem Ziel in podgorica angekommen. Dies liegt nicht im verschulden des fahrers. Jedoch hat er keine Information weitergegeben und war kaum bemüht.

Car broke. And magically worked after 2 hours. All trip took 14hours. Everything. We didn’t get a bus. It was minibus and small. We weren’t comfortable. Trip took 14hours total.

The worst ride ever. One of the drivers - Denis really tried to be helpfull. People around us were eating loudly the whole time, stuff which smelled really bad, littering the bus. Shouting the whole time - given the fact that it was supposed to be a 7-8 hour rüde, but turned out to be 12 hours, because we had to swamp busses in Kosovo. The bus change took more than 2 hours and the only person who actually tried to help was the youngest driver Denis. Very, very, very bad organisation, total dissapointment.

Hour and a half stop in Kosovo. Shortly after crossing the border to Kosovo we stopped and were asked to wait for longer than an hour for a swap of drivers. The drivers that drove us there simply got out of the bus and told us that we had to wait for the driver that will come with the Ganic bus from Skopje to Budva and that he is taking us back to Skopje. They were getting on that bus that he will drive from Skopje and drive it to Budva. Because of this chip trick, obviously Ganic was looking to pay one driver less, we waited an hour and a half in Kosovo aftet midnight and arrived in Skopje much later than the expected arrival time. Also, even after the driver that was supposed to drive us to Skopje arrived, he kept us waiting and went on to have a meal with the other drivers, completely careless about the passengers waiting in the bus. Horrible experience, and I definitely don’t recommend traveling with Ganic, unless you have a couple extra hours to waste!
