Rude driver was unhelpful in explaining the nonsensical seating system. Cheap. Decent driving. Clean bus. How rude the driver was. Allocated seating for some passengers but nothing to indicate which seats were available so I had to keep moving.

It is quite difficult to find out which stand/ platform is the right one to ride.. In general, Flexbus is quite good and cost effective. It is no sign or notice board in the station to indicate the bus on which platform go to where. You have to check with the bus driver and may not got the correct information.

Pitala sam vozača mogu li izaći u Zagrebu kod Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti, što je na ruti i gdje su mi u ranijim putovanjima stali kako bi izašla( nisam imala prtljagu u spremištu). Vozač je rekao da mu je to zabranjeno. Napominjem da je autobus iz Splita išao u Solin, gdje su ušle dvije putnice. Zagreb je grad sa puno više stanovnika, pa bi mogućnost izlaska kod Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti bila dobra pogodnost za ljude koji žive u zapadnom dijelu Zagreba.

Best of my four bus trips in the Balkans. Driver got the bus away exactly on time. Easy boarding and exiting the bus including luggage on boarding and off boarding. Both allocated and non allocated seats were sold for this bus. Those with allocated seats made those with unallocated seats have to move. There should either be all seats allocated or no seats allocated, not a mix of the two. Should announce at start of journey where we were stopping for a break.

Htio rezervirati mjesto - ali nije bilo moguće / Wanted to have the seat reserved - wasn't possible. 1) Autobus u polasku kasnio. 2) Autobus u dolasku kasnio. 3) Došli na kolodvor u Splitu nekoliko dana prije polaska i htio rezervirati mjesto u autobusu. Dobili odgovor da oni ne izdaju rezervacije za kartu kupljenu preko interneta od Flixbusa i Delminiuma. Odmah nakon toga poslali smo mail s upitom o mogućnosti rezervacije sjedala na službenu adresu od Delminium travela (info@delminiumtravel.hr) i nitko nikad nije ništa odgovorio.

The bus and ride were great! Only the driver/conductor needs ro learn English. The AC was perfect, the bus seats tidy and comfy, the ride fast..really a pleasant ride all in all. The driver/conductor doesn't speak English which is unacceptable on such a tourist line, screaming in croatian that he's gonna leave a certain bag in the middle of the bus station, while the foreigners whose bag it was didn't understand what's going on. So we (Croatians) had to explain them what's happening and help them out.

Loved the adaptability, skills, and professionalism of the drivers, as we were hit by really bad weather. The highway was closed so they quickly changed route, drove us on small side roads and through the snow. Got there only 4O minutes later than planned. Hats off! The bus was really crowded, and it was messy finding a seat, probably because of the overselling of tickets.

Plus i minus. Točnost, brzina i čistoća vozila. Vozač je stao odma nakon kretanja jer je putnik morao na wc, a nije stao kad smo stigli u Zagreb na stanici koja je bila usput jer ne smije. Promijeniti protokol za Zagreb da nema stajanja u gradu. Statu barem kod MSUa koji je drugom kraju grada od Autobusnog kolodvora da se pola putnika ne mora vracati natrag. Sjedala prezbijena i premalo prostora među istima.
