First ticket was voided as carrier CTM did not have seats. Later bus was very dirty lots rubbish everywhere inside and journey took a lot longer.
Driver unhelpful and made to get off 2.2km away from where I wanted. No taxis so had to walk 2.2km with all luggage 😕

Firstly, the tickets actually cost 12,5 euro. 12Go takes a 5,5 euro commission per person. And we took the tickets, cause it was written that the class is "Confort". The bus was a standard one. It was nothing different than a normal one. Just the tickets were more expensive. Also, we were 20 minutes late, which is not a big deal, but it is funny how they write on the website that the trip is 3 h 15 min, when I put the GPS at the beginning of the trip and it showed me that the minimum time is 3 h 30 minutes.
I don't mind that we were late, but I do mind that they write a false advertising. Overall, I don't have any complaints about the stuff, the driver, but I do have complaints about 12Go and the bus company. We paid 38,5 euro per 2 people, thinking that we will get a bit more comfort, but we didn't. There were buses were you could have paid 18 euro for 2 people for the same comfort.

The car driver listened to loud radio the whole night. I had my headphones with noise cancellation in still heard everything. The seats were uncomfortable for a night bus and we had no room for our legs.

Bus came to Agadir late. The driver didn’t inform passe ger how long will be stoped during the trio. Kind and nice people in Marrakes at the bud station. On the ticket you should add information exacly where ( adress with the street) bus finish the trip. Bus came late to destination.

It was okay. I liked the seating organization only. It was not on time. They delayed while going to tetoun from tangier. Even coming back from tetoun they delayed. Also, the CTM bus station is very far while this website shows the wrong address, I had to literally find my way asking some police officers near the port of tangier for the bus station. Then I had to take taxi to reach the CTM station. Also, this website charges over priced. I asked the price from the counter, they said it's only 40 dhms. Please do not book through this website GETBYBUS. I would rather go and book directly from CTM bus station. I booked online from Pakistan therefore all this happened.

De reis en de wegen waren goed.
Maar we zaten in een bus zonder airco.
Vier uur in een bus zonder airconditioning is heel vervelend.
Airco stuk dan laat je de bus gewoon niet rijden. En het was al warm.

Lamentável. Motorista dirige bem. Meu assento era N 03 ao lado de minha esposa e filha. Quando cheguei ao autocarro tinha um casal marroquinos e não quiseram dar meu assento , operador me pediu desculpa, eu disse independente da desculpa preciso do meu assento perto da minha esposa e filha. Fui em um lugar apertado na frente ao lado do motorista. Descaso com o consumidor. Parece por agente ser turista fomos descartados. Se não houver turismo em massa como a cidade o mundo sobrevive. Deixo aqui minha ingratidão procurei CTM empresa por que achei que fosse a melhor.
