Flight delayed slightly due to late passengers. We'll looked after my flight attendants- even served food. Rayong airport was excellent. No other flights landed. Baggage off quickly and got a grab to hotel which took around 30 mins and cost about 600 baht.

Excellent service at the airport. The young lady that checked me in noticed I was limping a small amount it asked me if I required any personal help of which I didn't but it was nice to see she noticed. I did ask her if it was possible if I could have a aisle seat because online check in gave me a middle seat. She said no problem giving me the second row on the aircraft aisle seat which I appreciate it everything went great .

Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure pour l'embarquement et malgré que nous ayons réservé les billets, il n'y avait pas assez de place dans le bateau au moment d'embarquer !!! Il a donc fallu attendre 1 heure qu'un autre bateau vienne nous chercher , avec d'autres passagers . Donc, 1 heure à attendre et 1 heure de retard du coup sur notre taxi de réservé à K

An absolutely fantastic airport. Sitting in an open sided reception area looking at giraffes and zebras in the adjacent zoo, surrounded by orchids. Almost surreal. And wonderful.

Alles in allem tiptop, aber die Preise sind leider völlig überzogen. Wenn man aufgrund von Verletzungen darauf angewiesen ist, ärgerlich, deshalb 1* weniger. Der Service aufgrund von Krücken und Rollstuhl ist wiederum sehr gut.

check-in was easy and fast, boarding was also quick. The price of the flight is fair. And the lounge that is offered in Chiang mai made the wait better-- local snacks, free stable wifi, coffee, etc. flown with them 3 times and no complains so far.
