The #2 driver who was crossing the border, used phone all the time. He was looking at Instagram and Facebook, talking on the phone and driving with one hand. I didn’t feel safe with such driving in the mountains at night. The drivers #1 and #3 were good and always looked at the road.

Bus geande, viejo. Pero así suelen ser los buses en la zona por lo que he visto. El conductor muy a tiempo con los horarios. Vi al conductor responder dos veces (por cortos minutos) el celular mientras conducía. Eso no debiera ser.

Dropped outside of Prizren. Affordable, comfortable. They dropped us at a service stop outside of Prizren where there were no taxis available and it would take an hour to walk along the highway. We had to ask a local to call a taxi for us. I was not aware that the bus was destined for Prishtina which is why they didn't go into the city.

The 9:00 bus from Tirana. The bus was OK including the temperatur. The driver was effective and had a good driving skill. The scedule was 14:30 in Pristina and we arrived 13:30! The border control is always a delaying part, but it went in 20 min. We bougt the ticket on-line. This was a good trip.

Average bus service but no Wif. The bus terminated well before the Terminal. On line ticket purchase was very easy Bus left exactly on time. No Wifi. The bus did not stop at the Tirana East bus terminal as stated on the ticket but beside the road at the far end of Rruga Kavaja. There were no taxis in the vicinity to take me to my destination in central Tirana. Fortunately some helpful people at the nearby De Luxe Hotel were abe to call one for me. The bus was about 30 minutes late when we finally got off and would have been much more if it continued to the actual Terminal. No English, German or Italian spoken by the bus employees. Only Albanian.

Everything nearly good but as usual on delay at arrival. Comfortable bus Smooth reservation procedure. This bus always arrives approx 1h layer at destination. This time there was also a bus'wheel which was coming out, that the driver was however good to fix without any further problem.

Drop off and pick up point not the bus station. Good driver and comfortable bus. When we arrived we were told to get in a taxi for the rest for the journey to the bus station, this was only 10 miles but it wasn't explained well to us. When it came to leave, we went to the bus station and nobody there could help us on where to get our bus, we quickly realised it would be where we took the taxi from, we managed to find a taxi but we're very close to missing our bus. Please make this system clearer!!

No extra fees/strong AC, comfy. No luggage fees, big bus so plenty of seats and was not packed, strong AC, no toilet on bus but at least there was no toilet fee for the one stop . East gate also had no toilet fees which was good. Overall a good experience after the trips from Belgrade to Sarajevo/experience in podgorica and on way to Tirana where there were unnecessary fees. No wifi or PowerPoint in bus.

Was surprised to find no toilet aboard what is a long journey. Bus was just old and dirty. Left Tirana on time. Old and dirty bus but no toilet or charging points. Bus drivers driving wss at times dangerous. The timings are wrong too. We arrived at Prizren at 12:15. Border control was about 15 mins so the bus journey not including that is 3 hours not 2.5.
