Weinig luxueus, maar we zijn op onze bestemming geraakt. Vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur. Bus was 7 minuten te laat aangekomen en 10 minuten te laat op eindbestemming maar wij klagen niet. Wij zouden de bus wel opnieuw nemen!

Haltepunkt schwierig zu finden. Es werden keine Durchsagen gemacht, wann und wo der Bus hält. Daher am besten Karte mit verfolgen.
Bus komfortabel und Fahrer fuhr ruhig.

Wir waren eine Stunde früher am Busbahnhof und könnten dann einen Bus früher nehmen, was super war. Allerdings hatte unser Bus einen unangenehmen Geruch und war deutlich länger unterwegs als angegeben. Alles in allem war es eine sichere und zuverlässige Fahrt.

Ein Bus, der in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber seinen Job erledigt. Gab keinerlei Probleme. Ich war viel zu früh am Bus Terminal und durfte dann einfach den früheren Bus nehmen. Scheint dort alles recht unbürokratisch zu sein. Macht euch also keinen Stress, zu früh da zu sein.
Nach ca. 2h nach Phuket gab es eine Pause. WC war aber auch im Bus vorhanden.

Hatte bei der Anreise zum Treffpunkt, aufgrund von Verspätung des Taxis, etwas Verspätung.. rief dort an um meine Situation mitzuteilen und ob es möglich wäre 5 min zu warten. Ich wurde am Telefon nur angeschrien und letztendlich weggedrückt. Kam dann doch noch rechtzeitig am Treffpunkt an. Gewartet habe ich ca 30-45 min auf den Bus. Muss nicht nochmal sein.
Die restliche Fahrt war angenehm.

Kaum am Bus Terminal angekommen wurden wir schon in Empfang genommen und zum richtigen Schalter gebracht.
Der Bus hat genug Platz für Gepäck aller Art und im Bus selbst war freie Platzwahl.
Wir hatten die Strecke von Phuket nach Khao Lak gebucht und waren nach ca. 2 Stunden dort.
Der Preis war auch sehr gut (6-7€).

Everything was fine with the bus, but we stopped at one of the nastiest toilets i have ever seen in my life. Way below the normal Thai standard. Nobody has ever cleaned these clogged, overflowing toilets. And then there is no running water to clean your hands. Just a bucket of rainwater. Seems disrespectful to the customer to offer them this bathroom stop with shit-smeared walls.

Wir haben in dem Ort Takua Pa unendlich lange auf einmal gewartet und wir hatten einfach keine Ahnung warum. Extrem nervig. Für die Strecke ist auf jeden Fall ein Van zu empfehlen, weil der Bus in Kriechgeschwindigkeit Bergpässe fährt.

We booked the bus from Khao Sok - Phuket at 11 AM. The bus arrived at 12:30 PM and there was no notice from the company. After that there were many stops along the way including a 30 min stop. Eventually we reached our destination 1.5 hours later than what was supposed to be. The bus itself was okay. Air conditioning can be better for the cost of the ride.

I chose the large bus as mini-vans are death cans with no shock absorbers and a methed-up drivers. Journey to Suratthani is 4 hours. This journey was 6 via the old highway between Khao Lak and Suratthani; very slow. However, great scenery!

The bus did not arrive at 11:10hs, I called the hotline 11:38hs but nobody answered the call, then I opened a ticket at 11:52hs using the website.
Then after more minutes waiting, the bus arrived super late, at 12hs, packed. There was no place for ME and MY FRIEND to sit (both of us bought the ticket using 12 Go to be sure we would have a place for us to sit).
We had to sit on the floor in the back of the bus, super hot, until Phuket Bus Terminal 2. No air conditioning enought on the back, close to the toilette. I felt sick and my blood pressure lowed down, I thought I was going to faint on the bus, thanks Buddha I did not!
If I knew it would be like this, I would just have entered the bus and payed directly 150 baht instead of more than 9USD = 300 baht not to have a proper place to sit.
I will never choose this option again!

It was all in all ok, but picked us up 1h later than the scheduled time and consequently arrived late. I was going from Hua Hin to Phuket, and the bus only stopped once after 2 hrs, probably to give a break to those who departed from Bangkok, but then no stop anymore and honestly that was too early stop for who started in Hua Hin and too long with no stops until Phuket, at least another stop was necessary. Yes, there is a toilet on board but it's not a great option, one more quick stop would be much better.
