雖然有些島嶼現在可以乘飛機到達，或有跨海大橋與大陸相連，但渡輪依舊是到達一些景色令人嘆為觀止的島嶼、隱秘的海灘或其他海濱目的地的唯一方式。體積大、速度慢的汽車渡輪在世界各地運送車輛和乘客，但有時候，您需要選擇體積小、速度快的高速快艇或雙體船才能到達目的地。雖然快艇和雙體船可以節省時間但對容易暈船的乘客而言就要格外注意了。如果海面比較洶湧，雙體船會隨海浪劇烈顛簸，因而選擇耐波性好的高速船更能減少旅途的顛簸。為了預防或克服暈船，我們建議服用一些暈船藥，但最好在旅行前咨詢一下醫生，並且在船上盡可能選擇露天甲板上的座位。

We booked Suite Room 1, and it felt like we were on an international voyage. The room was spacious, but the only downside was the shower, which wasn't very good. The food wasn't great, but we weren't hungry. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I would love to do it again with my family.

Sehr schlicht, trotzdem war es ok. Aber für das, was man bekommt, viel zu teuer.
Wir haben die günstigste Klasse gebucht. Es war heiß, da alles offen war und das inkludierte Frühstück war nicht gut. Wer es kühl haben will (und ohne Insekten durch die Hitze), sollte mind. eine Klasse höher buchen.

Good but they don't gave free upgrade since the aircon bunk were not occupied there's a lot ot vacant we ask for free upgrade but they wanted us to pay for free upgrade.

you have to re-schedule the trip twice & cancelled it without any reason at all. when we have it rebook you have charged us with another P1k as the rates went up.

The ETD is delayed. I know due to Covid-19 situation a lot were in panic mode. I Hope they will know how to handle people. Aside from that I am asking for assistance because I accidentally booked my ticket twice but no one assisted me. Good side is I arrived earlier than expected

Its too late arrived and took 12 hours if journey...
No good facility at he caticlan port to rest specifically when its night time and you are waiting..
Worst part is they charge 50 peso to print 1 page of ticket if you don't have the print copy..
It seems they are cheating the people..

It was my first time to travel with 2Go and it was 3 days trip, the crew are not that courteous and the food was terrible, I’m glad that I met someone in our cabin and he brought this amazing simple dish and we shared together.

Poor information about linen and blanket issuance... the people in the linen office also made some sort of joke amongst themselves during my efforts to ascertain how the linen issuance was working: very unprofessional and rude!

My wife and I traveled in the Cabin for 6 class from Manila to Coron. The boarding process, cabin and berth assignment, cleanliness, food provided and friendliness of the staff were much better than expected. Conflicting information on arrival time in Coron, but it’s island time all the way. Sit back, enjoy the live music while it lasts and get a good night’s rest while being gently rocked by the sea.

I always choose 2Go whenever I go to places with a short plan. Sometimes they are delayed but the important thing is you arrived comfortable and safe. Well recommended. ????

It was our 1st time to travel by ship with my family we are 12 in a group. We had lots of fun in fiesta island joining the band singing and laughing with thier jokes. About the cleanliness it was good but for the prices of food medyo expensive and i don't like the combo meal with cake. Bakit parang wla kaming choice. Bakit kelangan ma may cake pa. Well un lang nman. Thank u.

I arrived to the port, from Baguio, six hours prior to departure, then I received a text saying my departure is rescheduled 2:30 pm next day. So I called them asking if they can have a place to recommend for the mean time, but the one I talked to said they don't have and offered instead to refund. ? ? ? ? ? There were other passengers with me on that hot waiting area ( the white tent ) who cannot do anything because they had lots of baggage (yes we were asked to stay inside the hot white tent because we came too early). Then 2GO decided to check us in somewhere two hours later, because after that our schedule was again adjusted further, 8:00 pm. All the rest are fine with me.

Tourist class is Value for money. However the food is quite average.
If you have extra pesos, consider getting a cabin. I heard the food is better.

Could have been worse. Easily could have been WAY better. Total scam: the ticket clearly states an e-ticket version can be used, but the 12Go staff at the Port required us to walk to their business office down the road and pay 50 pesos to have them provide a printed hardcopy. Even when two tickets were on one page, they required it to be printed twice, and us to pay twice :(
The onboard crew are great; it's 100% a matter of operations management incompetency. Quality management is basic, and it makes everyone's day better (esp the staff). The bad news is everyone is suffering these failures, the good news is they just need to hire one smart, honest operations evangelist to make it great.
As we say in the 'hood, "...dey roaches was everywhere!"

It was my first time to travel thru 2GO and basically supervalue is just a bed in an open space with no airconditioning and has common bathroom cleaned maybe once in the entire day. Some crews are helpful but some are rude especially for those working in the pantry at 3rd floor.

The trip was okay, i understand that is quite long trip but what i am disappointed is the food that include in the trip was dry and no other options.there is no one asking you if you are comfortable on your bed. And the delayed hours of trip was very disappointing too..i've waited 2hours prior to my departure but it takes another 1 hour delay from the time said.Trust me, in the future there is still no changes on this. It will getting more worse i think..the crew was not accommodating unless you ask for something..

the tuorist class is too crowded and just enough for yourself. The meals are served in plates, if you want to take it out on your room, you have to pay additional 20.00 each, "BUSINESS". Overall experince is so so. nothing special.
