- Không như du lịch hàng không và đôi khi là du lịch đường sắt, đi xe buýt không cần phải đến bến xe buýt quá sớm. Check-in, ngay cả trên các tuyến quốc tế, không mất nhiều thời gian. Hạn mức hành lý thường rất thân thiện với khách du lịch; và phí cho hành lý bổ sung thường không cao lắm.
- Vé xe buýt thường phải chăng hơn so với vé máy bay hoặc tàu nhanh. Luôn có sự lựa chọn hạng vé phù hợp với mọi túi tiền. Các tùy chọn tiêu chuẩn rẻ hơn có thể hơi chậm và không mang lại sự thoải mái hàng đầu, nhưng cũng có thể chấp nhận được và đưa bạn đến đích. Points positifs :Horaires respectés, fauteuils comfortables, climatisation et toilette.
Points négatif : pas de vrai repas à bord. Pas de wifi, pas de pause pour prendre quelque chose a manger autre que les "deux petits" gâteaux la bouteille d'eau et le jus de multivitaminé.
Prévoyez de manger !!

Sehr viel Beinfreiheit und Snacks und ein kleine Wasser umsonst.
Bus hat paar mal angehalten um Thailänder abzuholen bzw. irgendwo abzusetzen.
WLAN hat natürlich nicht geklappt. Warmes Essen gab es nicht umsonst. Fernseh war auch nicht vorhanden.
Toilette dreckig und alles nass.
Für die lange Strecke war es aber soweit zufrieden stellend. Wir würden es wieder buchen :)

Все отлично, соотношение цена -качество! Пожалела , что на обратную дорогу уже купила авиа билет! Время в поездке пролетело незаметно , сиденья удобные, раскладываются, всю ночь спала , прибывает на станцию Рядом с чатучак рынком , куда мне и надо было ! Вайфай средний , на мессенджеры хватит , но не более того. Немного прохладно , но выдают плед . Прибыли на 2 часа раньше , все супер. я довольна , спасибо компании за приемлимые цены на билеты !!!

Der Bus ist mit komfortablen Liegesitzen ausgestattet. Eine ideale Nachtreise ist es wert, Mann verliert keinen Tag, ruht sich über Nacht aus und ist am Morgen danach am neuen Ort. Es werden eine Flasche Wasser, Saft und etwas zu essen zur Verfügung gestellt.

- Staff have limited English, important as you will need to be aware at the rest stop
- Extremely cold air conditioning, blanket provided but is not enough
- Small snack and water provided, nice touch
- Seat belts broken
- Almost 180 degree recline allowed decent rest

Доехали на 2 часа раньше. Несколько раз делали остановки, где-то что-то загружали, где-то кто-то выходил. Персонал приветливый. Wi-fi работал. Кондиционер можно над собой перекрыть + плед. Туалет небольшой, если сравнивать с таковыми в поездах, то примерно 1/2. По пути делали остановку у Khun Sarai Restaurant в провинции Chumphon. Не знаю входило ли питание в стоимость, но я заказывал и оплачивал сам. Было вкусно и недорого.

The journey was really smooth, I had concerns because of the 14 hours inside s bus, but all was good.
The seats are comfortable very very big you can almost lay down and still have space to put the bagpack and plastic bags with snacks, the WC was decent. We where given in the beginning a bottle of water and a small cupcake. The bus stopped in the middle of the journey in a big station and we where offer a nice simple that warm meal.
Definitely recommend this company. And the bus arrived 1 hour before shedule, Perfect

It was a pleasant ride, we arrived 2 hours earlier. Fast WiFi on board and USB chargers makes the road goes faster. Complimentary drink and snack as well. Was a bit old bus, but comfy.

It was an okay trip. Bus got into Phuket earlier than advertised which was nice. But the seats weren’t very comfortable for a 14 hour journey. They did recline quite far back and had a lot of leg room but the bus was very old and used. Wasn’t sure if there was a toilet on board but didn’t try to use it, just used the one on the single stop for 20 mins. Found the ticket desk to exchange quite quickly but to get on the bus it’s hard to find the right one. We were given some snacks, water and fruit juice for the journey but weren’t given the Thai dinner on the stop as advertised so make sure you bring plenty of food with you. The bus kept randomly stopping to load and unload boxes on the route so it would have been nice if told that was going to happen as it was a bit worrying with our luggage down there. But all our luggage was there and fine when we arrived, not open and intact. We were told there was WiFi on the bus and there were even signs with the password on the bus but it didn’t work at all as expected. So don’t rely on there being WiFi. Overall the experience was okay as it was cheap and got us to the place in one piece. But don’t expect it to be modern and comfortable and don’t rely on the advertised food and WiFi being there. I think it’s hit or miss with these buses.

On time, very comfortable (reclining seats, good leg space, snack+water included). The AC on the bus is very very cold!! They do give a blanket but I suggest to also carry a scarf. But overall good way to travel.

Chauffeurs sympas et bonne conduite.
L'hôtesse n'était pas aimable.
Nous étions 3. Nous avons reçu une bouteille d'eau chacun et une part de gâteau, une couverture.
À prévoir des vêtements chauds (à cause de la clim) et un repas à emporter.
1 seule prise USB qui fonctionne sur nos 4 fauteuils et j'ai prêté la nôtre à la fille derrière nous...
Le wifi a fonctionné quelques heures.

The seats were great, we had a lot of space for the legs and we could lower our seat without bothering the person behind us. However, the service was mediocre, the hostess was disrepectfull, i never saw anything like that. She was screaming at passengers, threw things on the floor and was very agressive. For example, the bus left later than expected, so i just went down to take something i forgot in my bag. When she saw me go down the stairs, she just yelled at me, with big movements with her arms, to go back up. Also, during the trip she was serving little cakes for snacks, and instead of passing them gently to the passengers, she was throwing them at us very agressively. Finally, at one time during the trip we stopped to grab two other passengers. Half of the bus was empty when we left at the beggining, and we had a bag that was running all over the floor because of the movements of the bus, so we decided to put it on the seat beside us. It turned out that the seat was occupied by the new passengers. When the hostess saw our bag, she started yelling something in thaï. I don't know what she was saying, but i believed she wanted to know who layed down his bag there. I was kind of scared because she seamed really mad. I said it was mine, and told calmly that i could take it back. Again, she grabed it very agressively and threw it at me. Over all, this woman clearly didn't like her job, and she offered us a horrible service. Also there were some instuctions given during the trip about the arrival in bangkok. We never understood what it was because she only told it in thaï (we never heard her talk to us in english), and it finally turned out that we arrived at an other bus terminal than the one that was mentionned. In a good way, it was closer to the place we were going after, but when you are taking a trip bus, you expect it to bring you to the place that was mentionned, and it wasn't the case. We only understood that we weren't at the good place when we looked on google map. Over all, the bus was comfortable, but the service given was the worst i ever saw.

4 только потому что автобус был уставшим и в нем не было обещанного USB. Расстояние между сиденьями отличное - с моими почти 2 метрами я смог вытянуть ноги. Дали воду и кусочек рулета. Поехали! Wifi работал всю дорогу!!! И с очень хорошей скоростью. Через пару часов в автобусе стало холодно - полез одеваться и за пледом. На половине пути была оставновка - кормили очень даже плюс можно было купить с собой. На вокзал приехали вовремя!

we could not charge our phone because the charger was not on. the lights were out immediately after departure at 7 p.m. at 1:00 am when everyone finally slept we had a 20 minute stop to eat. we have arrived safely at destination and that is the most important thing

Инструкция для таких же бомжей-путешественников в экономе, как я:
1. Поешьте!
2. Купите пару сэндвичей или еще чего-то, что вы съедите через 6 часов
3. Внимательно изучите свой автобус, найдите отличительные детали, лучше сфоткайте. Потом поймёте, зачем.
4. Наденьте джинсы и возьмите толстовку, особенно если едете ночью, в шортах замерзнете
В автобусе вас будет ждать пироженка, вода, плед, юсб между сиденьями. Внизу есть туалет.
Остановка будет всего одна и скорее всего вы сразу куда-то побежите. Запомните, где вы зашли, и какой автобус ваш! Они все очень похожи!
Эта остановка не рассчитана на иностранцев, всё на тайском! Возможно вы найдете там, что поесть, но на всякий случай у вас есть сэндвичи.
В Бангкоке лучше выходить на северной станции, на ней большинство и выйдет, не пропустите.

Everybody was very helpful and friendly when we picked up our tickets, checked in and boarded the bus. The seats were super comfortable and we were even provided with a bottle of water and some snacks! The wifi on the bus was speedy and we each had a charge port for our phones. All round a superb experience!

Instructions to swap voucher unclear. People need to go upstairs at the terminal. Make it clear it can take over two hours to get yo bus terminal in evening! Bus freezing AC cold why? Stop at 01.30 in morning too late to eat. Bus was comfy though lots of legroom

Very nice service. Late night dinner is included in the trip for free and it is very tasty. They also give free juice and two pastries. Overall, bus ride went really fast. However, i do wish there were more seats below because upstairs is too bumpy

We took the cheapest bus which turned out to be very comfy - a lot of leg room, very comfortable seats. Food on the stop (around 22:30) was very good. We watched a movie, fell asleep and woke up in Bangkok so the trip passed in no time. Great alternative for flying if you have a large suitcase - there are no fees for additional weight or dimensions.

This ride was enjoyable. We sat on the top deck at the back. The chairs were fairly comfortable and reclined more than I thought they would. We left an hour later but arrived half an hour earlier then our updated arrival time. We stopped about half way and were treated to a free meal. The food was delicious! We ate with other travellers from the same company, though different buses. I'd read a bunch of reviews prior to the trip that recommended wearing something slightly warmer as the air con gets cold - they were right and I was glad that I had something with me to change into as the blanket provided was quite thin. All in all, a good trip. Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable. Lots of legroom..seat is very wide and the seat in front of you is far from you.The stewardess was friendly and could speak a bit of English. Stop included a free meal and snacks also provided at the start of the trip. Wifi was good.Occassionaly put off mainly after we had stopped..but was quickly put back on, on request. We enjoyed the trip.

Ехали из Пхукета до Бангкока около 13 часов. Автобус комфортабельный, с пледом) Сиденья широкие, регулировался наклон спинки. Были usb зарядки для телефона))
Дали бутылку воды, маленький сок, и 2 булочки.
Примерно на середине пути была остановка и там можно было покушать. Типо как столовая для прибывших на автобусе. Покормили бесплатно!!

We took the normal bus not the vip. As far as we know the only difference is bigger seats. The bus was clean and seemed quite new. We got a cake and a bottle of water (0.5L) when we entered the bus. And in the middle of the ride there was a stop for toilet and a buffet was ready for us. It seemed to be a place where all busses went since it was a big 'restaurant' with people coming and going. Suitcases can be put in the back of the bus for free. Bus is air conditioned. Even locals take that bus so you can be sure it's a good company.

ชั้นล่างคือแอร์นรกมาก ร้อนไฟฟไหม้ รถขับเร็วแล้วแอร์หาย หายใจแทบไม่ออกเหงื่อโทรมเลย
ควรปรับปรุง แมลงแกลบตัวเล็กๆ กินขนมผมไปหมดเลย และไต่บนตัวนิดหน่อย คนเกลียดกลัวแมลงสาบควรเลี่ยง
นอกนั้น ก็โอเคครับ รถถึงเร็วกว่ากำหนดการ อาจจะหวาดเสียวหน่อย เกือบสวัสดีท้ายรถสิบล้ออยู่รอบนึง
ที่นั่ง ใครจะไปควรหาหมอนรองคอไปด้วยครับ
แต่คะแนนน้อยเพราะ จองรถวีไอพี 24 คุณพระวีไอพียังน่ากลัวขนาดนี้ ธรรมดาจะเป็นอย่างไร

The bus is comfortable. At first we got a bus with AC problem and they change the bus. The leg room is better than low budget airlines, and can incline and has a place for our feet, too! The snacks isn't great, but for the price, getting snacks, water bottle, and juice is already great. They provide us with blanket. The staff at the bus can't speak English but at the counter they do.

Доехали без проблем, даже чуть раньше времени. Автобус в Бангкоке делает петлю, идя сначала на северный терминал Мочит, и только потом на южный терминал. Внутри салон автобуса оказался очень старым, вся фурнитура на креслах поломана: нет ни кармана, ни подставки, ни крючка. Размеры кресел в Express самые обычные, в VIP должно быть явно удобнее

We booked VIP with movie snacks WiFi and dinner included but got a bus without all of it. The staff did not speak a word English so they couldn't help. We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned and had problem's to rearrange our pick up to Kamala Beach.

Hallo, der Trip nach Phuket war ok. Der Komfort des Busses entspricht keineswegs dem Standard eines V.I.P. Die Sitze waren sehr verstaubt und ließen sich auch nur mit starker Anstrengung verstellen. Die vielen Stops, die hier bemängelt werden, beugen vielleicht sogar einem Unfall vor, denn bei der langen Reisezeit ist die Gefahr des Einschlafens sehr hoch. Außerdem wurde ja die Reisezeit eingehalten. Alles in Allem kann man bei dem Preis nicht meckern, und die Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert.

Wish the foot rest went up more and we had frequent spots which was not fun but overall a great trip, easy to sleep through

There was very little leg room on this bus. When booking a seat, try to get the front row seats or the seats just behind the stairs for a little extra room. The bus made many random stops and it was unclear as to when the bus would stop to let the passengers have a break. There was a mid point test stop which had a snack food market with a decent selection.
The over head compartment for bags is very slim and hard to get a bag up there.
The air con is always on high so be prepared with a sweater. They do provide pillows and blankets but I mostly used them to support for comfort.
Not the fault of the operator, but it necessary to have a a sleeping mask and ear plugs. For the entire 13 hour trip there was a VERY LOUDLY snoring man it was such a head ache. In my opinion the seat recline far too much and it was uncomfortable when the people in front just put them all the way back.
I wish I had chosen the VIP bus to have more personal space and less people on the bus.

Vorteil:
Im VIP Bus hat man reichlich Platz, gibt kleine Snacks und Wasser.
Zudem wurde Einem gleich das Gepäck abgenommen und man konnte sich früher in den Bus setzen als geplant.
Nachteil:
Einfach beten und Glück haben das der Busfahrer im Hinterkopf hat dass er noch Beifahrer dabei hat. Sehr ruckartige Lenkungen, sodass man kaum schlafen konnte.
Nachdem der Busfahrer so schnell unterwegs war, waren wir glatte 2 Stunden eher da. Kann man natürlich auch positiv sehen :D
Mein Freund fand es sehr witzig, für mich absoluter Horror gewesen! Nichts für schwache Nerven :)

Organisation bonne, couverture et eau fourni dans le bus.
Cependant je regrette les nombreux arrêts durant le trajet.
