Giới thiệu Oceanjet

Thông tin công ty

Oceanjet là một thương hiệu của tập đoàn Ocean Fast Ferries thuộc sở hữu của người Philippines, được thành lập từ năm 1995 với một con tàu duy nhất. Hiện nay, công ty đang sở hữu đội tàu gồm 17 chiếc, bao gồm cả tàu một thân và tàu hai thân (catamaran).

Một số tàu của công ty được đóng tại Hồng Kông, và nhiều con tàu khác được thiết kế bởi công ty Global Marine Design có trụ sở tại Úc, sau đó được lắp ráp tại Philippines bởi Nhà máy đóng tàu Golden Dragon ở Mandaue, Cebu. Trong số đó bao gồm những bổ sung mới nhất vào đội tàu của công ty là Oceanjet 588 và Oceanjet 888 với 357 chỗ ngồi.

Ngày nay, Oceanjet là nhà khai thác tàu cao tốc lớn nhất tại khu vực Visayas.

Các tuyến đường Oceanjet phục vụ

Tàu cao tốc Oceanjet hoạt động trên các tuyến đường biển nối liền các điểm đến ở vùng Visayas và vùng Luzon tại Philippines.

Từ trung tâm (hub) tại Cebu, các tàu cao tốc của công ty phục vụ các tuyến đường sau:

  • Cebu–Ormoc và ngược lại
  • Cebu–Tagbilaran–Dumaguete–Siquijor, Siquijor và ngược lại
  • Cebu–Tagbilaran–Larena, Siquijor và ngược lại
  • Cebu–Camotes và ngược lại
  • Bacolod–Iloilo và ngược lại

  • Batangas–Calapan và ngược lại

Cebu–Bohol

Với hơn 18 chuyến khởi hành mỗi ngày, tuyến đường Oceanjet kéo dài hai giờ này cho đến nay là tuyến phổ biến nhất. Khởi hành từ Cảng 1 Cebu (Cebu Pier 1), tại Bohol, tàu Oceanjet sẽ cập bến tại Cảng Tagbilaran (TAG), đưa bạn đến với Đồi Sô-cô-la (Chocolate Hills) nổi tiếng thế giới và những chú khỉ tarsier đáng yêu.

Cebu–Camotes

Hành trình đường biển Oceanjet Cebu–Camotes đến một mảnh thiên đường nhỏ đầy những bãi cát trắng, thế giới dưới nước phong phú và những hang động tuyệt đẹp chỉ mất một tiếng rưỡi, với hai chuyến khởi hành vào buổi sáng và một chuyến vào buổi chiều.

Bohol–Siquijor

Một hành trình ngắn kéo dài 1 giờ 20 phút từ Bohol sẽ đưa bạn đến Siquijor, còn được gọi là Isla del Fuego (Đảo Lửa) nhờ số lượng lớn đom đóm sinh sống trên đảo.

Lịch trình phà Oceanjet

Lịch trình chuyến đi của Oceanjet có nhiều chuyến khởi hành trên tuyến Batangas–Calapan (Oriental Mindoro) và Cebu–Bohol (Tagbilaran) suốt cả ngày. Đa số các chuyến khởi hành vào buổi sáng; có ít lựa chọn hơn vào buổi chiều và chỉ có một vài chuyến vào buổi tối.

Tuyến đường phổ biến Cebu–Camotes và ngược lại chỉ có ba chuyến mỗi ngày; tuyến Siquijor–Bohol chỉ được phục vụ một lần mỗi ngày trong khi tuyến Dumaguete–Bohol hoạt động hai lần một ngày.

Giá vé và vé Oceanjet

Giá vé Oceanjet tùy thuộc vào hạng khoang mà bạn sẽ đi.
Công ty cung cấp ba loại vé:

  1. Hạng Thương gia (Business class), đắt nhất trong ba loại và là hạng thoải mái nhất
  2. Hạng Du lịch (Tourist class), được cho là có giá trị tốt nhất cho các hành trình đường biển tương đối ngắn
  3. Hạng Ngoài trời (Open-Air Class), không được hoàn tiền và là lựa chọn rẻ nhất.

Hai hạng đầu tiên có máy lạnh và giải trí trên tàu.
Có ghế ngồi ngả lưng mềm mại ở hạng Thương gia và ghế ngồi ít thoải mái hơn một chút ở hạng Du lịch.

    Ưu điểm

    Nhược điểm

    1. Trong mùa bão, tình trạng chậm chuyến hoặc hủy chuyến có thể xảy ra. Đây là điều thường thấy đối với tất cả các nhà điều hành phà trong khu vực; bạn nên sẵn sàng chấp nhận điều này.
    2. Nếu bạn hủy vé, bạn sẽ chỉ được hoàn lại từ 20 đến 40 phần trăm giá vé. Vì vậy, hãy kiểm tra kỹ điểm đến, ngày giờ và hạng ghế trước khi bạn đặt chỗ.

    Thông tin quan trọng

    Lưu ý rằng Oceanjet yêu cầu hành khách xuất trình giấy tờ tùy thân (ID) hợp lệ khi lên tàu. Nếu không có, bạn sẽ bị từ chối vận chuyển.

    The tourist class was very hot , the AC wasn't working good. We're also exposed to the heat of the sun, please put window curtains speciallly to the side that is so exposed to the sun please consider your passenger's confort during the trip we have paid you right, you should serve us right as well. Hope this will reach to the management of Ocean Jet. Hope you can make some improvement and better service! Thank you.

    Good fast ferry. On time again. (4th time taking Oceanjet), but ferries are old and seats small and uncomfortable. Air conditioning is good, but maybe they should invest in some more modern boats. The baggage handlers were good at both sides of the journey.

    It is cheaper to book directly at the ferry's website. Seats note really comfortable. You need to pay a small terminal fee when you arrive and also extra to check in luggage. Instructions as to how to proceed or where to queue not clear enough

    We've booked for April 5, 2:20 pm via online booking for easier access at the port since I have senior companion for us not to take long que in getting ticket because it was holy week. Unfortunately the Jet that we're about to be board cancelled because of engine problem. We ask the staff of ocean jet for refund and he said we can get refund after the time of boarding but it was only 1:00 pm so we need to wait. We ask if are we still going to wait for the jet, or we need to buy ticket to other liner for sure arrival at our destination, because it was holy week as I've said earlier and there's a lot of passenger in the port so we need to decide. He suggest to get ticket at other liner and refund the ticket when going back. So we took different liner. When we are going back on Apr 8 we ask for a refund of our ticket at the ticketing booth of ocean jet. The staff told us that they will finish first all the customer for the 5:50am we were at the line by 5:30 am, there are 3 cashier in the ticket booth there is also priority lane yet we are not prioritize. I do understand that they need to prioritize the customer that are buying ticket for 5:50 am but how about us????? Are we not priority???? not only I have senior companion but got advance ticket for hassle free transaction! We booked earlier to avoid long queuing of line on April 5, have cancelled boarding, and took long line for other liner, then when refunding we need to wait??? ? Like what!!!!??????? We already got hassle beacuse of engine problem then when we are refunding we need to take that long line not to be priorities???? And the refund is not in full there are surcharger. And Yes! I do understand the less surcharges it part refund. I do hope that you improve your service... The staff are polite but need to be train in handling this kind of concern/issue/problem. They have to prioritize the refund booking and not to take them long line just to refund beacuse in the first place we booked online for our convenience not to take that long que of line.

    The Ferry took off on time. The ride was smooth. It clean and boarding and off loading was quick. I do wish some of the pier fees [terminal, pier, baggage] were included in the ticket so I didn't have to keep searching for cash. Also, it would be nice if they offered some refreshments...even a vending machine would do.

    The seats were comfortable at the business but I think ₱500 to upgrade to business class from tourist class is exorbitant!!!!the least you can do is offer a soda or bottle of water and a snack to compensate for the ₱500.. this is personal opinion that I come the tourist and hotel industry.. tnx👍

    Wir kamen 2,5 Stunden zu früh am Hafen an, sodass wir eine Fähre früher nehmen konnten, die 30 Minuten später abfahren sollte. Die Änderung der Abfahrzeit war kein Problem, uns hat direkt jemand geholfen. Die Fähre hatte dann ca 30 Minuten Verspätung. Die Open Air Sitze waren super mit angenehmen Fahrtwind. Da es sehr leer war konnten wir uns andere Plätze als die uns zugewiesenen Plätze aussuchen.

    In times of trip cancellations, they do not have a designated customer service/hotline. Some folks traveled from faraway areas, you can’t even have a refund if you wanted to right away, because they’re office is closed.

    The trip was smooth and fast as I reached destination 30min earlier. The staff was kind and helpful. The only thing I would complain about was that economy class AC temperature could be set a bit higher.

    Great service. Departure was timely and trip time was accurate. Air conditioning was set to cold...so bring a light coat. Smooth sailing and relaxing. Booking thru 12go was easy and effective. I'm glad I booked in advance. The only concern is the issuances of tickets is delayed until a few days before departure. Paper printing of ticket is also a concern. I wanted to purchase additional ferry tickets while in Philippines, but have no access to a printer while on vacation. Fortunately ferry tickets care easy to acquire at the Port.

    I don't think it's right for them to force them to bill two backpacks and pay for it, when in other transfers we haven't paid being from the same company, and besides the ferry was empty, there was no problem of space.

    Surprisingly, the business section is only for up to 8 passengers, and it is more a cabin lounge with a rounded and confortable sofa with privacy, the best view from the boat, water dispenser and way less noise (and zero motor smells) than economy or open-air class. 100% recommendable for tourists :) The only reason I don´t rate with 5 stars is because in 12GO each business ticket costed as DOUBLE as purchasing it directly in the pier, plus, we still had to pay a "Pier Fee". However, it was high season and we didn´t want to take the risk of not finding tickets if purchased directly in the same day.

    i received my e-ticket for Oceanjet just a few hours on the day of my vouyage. It could have been much appreciated and better for peace of mind sake for a passenger who flies from a far place in the Philippines and connect via sea travel to receive the e-ticket at least a day before the scheduled trip. In fairness, the entry to the port and boarding procedures using the e-ticket were efficient and smooth. Thank you.

    Buchung sehr simpel. Eigentliche Tickets kamen sehr kurzfristig. Man ist dann unsicher ob, das alles rechtzeitig klappt. Würden es aber nochmal machen.
