Giới thiệu DLTBCo
Xe buýt là một cách di chuyển thuận tiện cho dù bạn cần đến một thị trấn lân cận cách đó vài giờ hay đi xa hơn trên khắp đất nước. Bất kể ngân sách bao nhiêu, bạn vẫn có thể đi xe buýt. Một trong những điều hay nhất về việc đi lại bằng xe buýt là bạn gần như có thể điều chỉnh chuyến đi của mình theo yêu cầu của bạn về sự riêng tư và thoải mái. Các hạng và loại xe buýt khác nhau phục vụ cho các nhu cầu đa dạng của du khách. Các chuyến đi rẻ nhất thường được cung cấp bởi xe buýt hạng tiêu chuẩn. Chúng có thể được gọi là địa phương, tốc hành hoặc thường. Đó là lựa chọn tốt cho các chuyến đi ngắn. Xe giường nằm hoặc ghế dài VIP phù hợp cho cả chuyến đi dài ngày và qua đêm. Ưu điểm của việc đi lại bằng xe buýt
- Xe buýt là lựa chọn tốt nhất để đến các điểm đến không được kết nối bằng đường sắt hoặc máy bay. Mạng lưới xe buýt thường bao phủ hầu hết cả nước và các tuyến đường được thiết lập lâu đời.
- Không như du lịch hàng không và đôi khi là du lịch đường sắt, đi xe buýt không cần phải đến bến xe buýt quá sớm. Check-in, ngay cả trên các tuyến quốc tế, không mất nhiều thời gian. Hạn mức hành lý thường rất thân thiện với khách du lịch; và phí cho hành lý bổ sung thường không cao lắm.
- Vé xe buýt thường phải chăng hơn so với vé máy bay hoặc tàu nhanh. Luôn có sự lựa chọn hạng vé phù hợp với mọi túi tiền. Các tùy chọn tiêu chuẩn rẻ hơn có thể hơi chậm và không mang lại sự thoải mái hàng đầu, nhưng cũng có thể chấp nhận được và đưa bạn đến đích. Trên các tuyến đường dài hơn, nhà vệ sinh hoặc điểm dừng xả hơi cũng như đồ ăn nhẹ, nước và đôi khi đồ vệ sinh cá nhân và chăn hầu như luôn được bao gồm trong giá.
- Nếu bạn sẵn sàng chi tiêu nhiều hơn, một số xe VIP cung cấp chỗ ngồi tương đương với hạng thương gia trên máy bay với ghế ngả mềm rộng, chăn, hành khách ít hơn và nhiều đặc quyền khác để chuyến đi của bạn trở nên thú vị.
Nhược điểm của du lịch xe buýt
- Các bến xe buýt liên tỉnh mới hơn thường được đặt bên ngoài thành phố gần các đường cao tốc lớn, để cho phép xe buýt tránh tắc nghẽn thành phố. Thật không may, nó cũng có thể tạo ra nhiều thách thức hơn cho khách du lịch. - Du lịch trên các tuyến đường nhất định hoặc trong thời gian phổ biến nhất có thể cần đặt vé trước. Hãy nhớ rằng không phải lúc nào bạn cũng có thể đến bến xe buýt và bắt chuyến xe buýt tiếp theo – vé có thể đã được bán hết, vì vậy hãy sắp xếp chuyến đi của bạn cho phù hợp.

The supposedly 0530H trip was delayed we left manila AOR at around 8-9am. Although the delays due to road conditions is justifiable but the delay in departure is not. The supposed coaster should have a washroom but it didn't, although they've refunded an amount around php. 250 but the fact that these amenities are presented and already payed the passengers already conditioned their mind about the comfort of the ride but it was just frustrating. Overall the cost, time and comfort is poorly rated compared. If you could do a ground audit yourself about the said trip it would be much better.

Booking voucher indicate to be at the terminal an HOUR before the trip. Reservation time was 2:30 pm. However, the actual time we left from point of origin 3:15 pm. The total travel time was 11 hours instead of 8! Pricey trip in terms of monetary and time spent. What a stressful trip!

The booking said it will take 7 hours and 45 minutes however I was transferred to another bus as I paid for a lazy boy. Then there was a mechanical failure that got us stuck in Atimonan for 4 hours as we had to wait for another bus to rescue us. It took me 12 hours to get to my destination. The bus was very cold that it makes the whole journey very uncomfortable.

The bus did not arrive on time. Which was understandable but the bus has us running from one to another gate..
Warning or advisory was not made very clear. Driver and conductor was a little rude.
At least the man at the gate 1 was kind enough to assist us.

It took almost 17hrs travel to Gubat which is supposed to be 12hrs only.The bus transferred the passengers to another bus somewhere in Albay.Its uncomfortable and difficult for passengers.Travel time is longer (5hrs more)than expected and then suddenly transferred to another bus.

Comfortable naman yung travel ko.
Ayun nga nagbook/reserve ako via online para di na sana hassle. Kahit nakabook online need pumila pa para kumuha ng ticket sa cashier. Okay lang naman sana pumila, pero it took them 10-12 minutes per person na magtransact sa cashier. Andyan na yung bus pero may 6 pang tao na nasa unahan ko. Ayun buti nalang nakiusap ako sa nag-aassist na ipauna ako.

First time to go to PITX and it was around 6:30pm. There’s a lot of people and staff there assisted me on where to go first and directed me to the ticketing booth of the bus company. Ticketing staff assisted me right away since there’s not a long queue. After I got my boarding pass, I ate my dinner since you have many choices on where to eat. The bus is on time and we departed on time, as well. The actual ticket price is around ₱150 less than the price charged when I booked in 12go but that’s fine since it’s my first time to use the online ticketing service. At least now I know where to go and where to book tickets. Thanks 12go!

Confirmation of voucher (for online booking) and the release of boarding pass should be at one location or booth only to avoid back & forth & lessen the long waiting line. Better if the confirmation and release of boarding pass can also be done thru online, same with the airport process.

I hope you can device a system where passengers especially those who booked ahead or online to just head to the bus. Rather than suffer the long queue getting the signature to check validity of the voucher in the 2nd flr then line-up again to exchange voucher for ticket in the 1st flr. It's tedious and it's certainly NOT for senior citizens and pwd passengers.

The only problem I encountered is regarding the booking schedule re boarding point, wherein my booking ticket is Aurora Blvd. terminal but they send me to EDSA station because as they reasoned out that Daet trips are jst assigned in EDSA terminal, without considering the effort and additional fare to be spent in these transfers. Kindly advise your partner booking company about this. And they should refund the additional charge they take due to this situation.

the 2nd driver of Bus No. 1431 (quezon to naga leg) almost had us run into an accident when he overtakes other vehicles. We gasped everytime he tries to do this. And it happened multiple times during his time to drive. I hope the management checks their dashcams and see what this driver is doing. It isn't safe to drive that fast.

seat plan was not able to follow accordingly... walk in passengers will be seating on your designated seat even though they are not yet paid or doesn'tha a ticket yet for the trip.... the sense of booking online is for you to have a reserve seat ahead of time for you to avoid hassle and skip line to pay on the counter and to reserve in advance...

The whole trip/experience could have been a lot better if not for the long delay. The assigned bus was supposed to depart 3:45pm but we were able to depart almost 10pm. The bus did not arrive to the bus terminal on time. According to some bus operator personnel, the bus got stuck in traffic somewhere in CamSur due to some road works. Anyway, 6+ hours delay is too long and they could have done a better job in their scheduling.

The overall experience with the bus is good.
This is my first time booking with PH bus, so I expect that your hotline is available for my inquiries but no answer from the numbers stated on my voucher.
I will not recommend PH bus to other passengers, I will still go with manual reservation.

There is no bus, the trip delayed for 5 hrs. 12Go fare is so expensive compare to the fare on the bus terminal and confirmation email takes so many days to received. 12Go has no contact number to call so I found it not accomodating.
