Fast and safe trip. I really liked the organization and the driving team, the people were really nice. Also the trip was really fast without any unnecessary routes or stops. I would have preferred a toilet on the bus since the ride was about 3h and 30mins and we did only one 20min stop.

Autobus je kasnio vise od pola sata u dolasku i na odreduste smo stigli sa jednim satom zakasnjenja. Ljubazni vozaci. Malo stariji tip aitobusa pa je i komfor bio losiji ali nista strasno.

Nice bus trip from Zagreb to Varazdin. Very nice and friendly driver! The Varazdin d.o.o should hire more people..the driver had to do everything by himself (bless his hard) and he could have used an assistant because the driver did the work of two people.

Bus late and did not stop at destination. Driver drove confortably. The bus was 1 hour late and then despite telling the driver at the beginning that i needed to stop at slunj, he didnt stop and i had to drop 10km away from my destination, spendind 20 euros in a cab.

Air conditioned and comfortable. Bus was left on time but was somehow behind schedule directly after leaving. Arrived at my destination 20 minutes late and during the trip we stopped at random bus stops that were not listed on the list of stops.

The driver was rude and mean, he shouts to us because we didn’t know in Croat. Before we arrived at our destination (far away 5-6 km) he wanted to get off us from the bus without any explanation, but he knew that wasn’t our final stop.

Updating web sites. The journey from Zagreb to Zadar was quite long.. 5 hours on the old road, while only 3.5 hours on the highway, of course more pleasant than the local roads. The most important thing is that there is no information on the web portals about the bus in the evening hours that I planned to travel a day earlier, only when I arrived at the Info desk I found out that there was a regular line to Dalmatia at 11:00 p.m. However, it is a bit too much for today's advanced technology to not update the website. Explained already.

Bus to Zadar. Journey was fine. Some passengers were issued tickets with seat numbers. Others including ourselves were not. This caused unnecessary drama and confusion when passengers boarded the bus and requesting others to vacate the seats that they had been in for the previous part of the journey. Not good. Either one way or the other.

Very nice ride. The view was excellent and amazing. Sit on the driver side for a better view of the sea. The bus ride was amazing and the comfort was the best because we had more space because there was less travellers. Everything was perfect.

The bus was delayed. The driver didn't have an additional driver, so he had to take breaks because he was driving alone. This caused further delays. They sold more tickets than there were seats, so people had to stand from Zagreb to Slunj. It was very crowded. The bus was 2 hours late.

Getting to Plitvice without being on a tour. It was a comfortable ride to Plitvice and back. Bus both ways was late. Bus was difficult to find at Zagreb bus station. Signage needed as the bus was not easily identified as the one we needed to take.

Terrible experience! We arrived to our destination. The bus arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late, nobody informed us of anything as we were in a bus stop in the middle of nowhere. We were lucky that a taxi driver nearby helped us and told us the bus was coming anyway. We nonetheless decided to call a taxi because we lost hope the bus was actually coming. Just when the taxi was arriving also arrived the bus! So we had to pay the taxi driver 50 euros (of the 100 euros that the ride to Karlovac was) and took the bus anyway. Then the bus driver drove like cracy.. probably to recover the lost time or because he drives like that anyway. Not European Union driving styles yet, Croacian public transport still has to improve in safety.

More information. Bus arrived on time - was a nice ride - destinations announced upon arrival. At Bus Station not very clear what bus was leaving from where - could be clearer instructions - but just have to ask various bus drivers what bus is yours.

Bus more than an hour late picking up at Zadar. Safe driver on twisty roads. Comfortable seats. Lateness of bus with no announcement or explanation to bus customers. Now nervous about bus travel especially when making travel connections The bus was to arrive at 17:50 but did not arrive until after 19:20.

Had to buy another 2 tickets. The app is efficient & easy to use. Couldn't get on an earlier bus. Was told I would need to pay €20 × 2, so €40 !!!! That's unreasonable & made me very disgruntled. So, I went on your app, & booked 2 more tickets for an earlier departure at less than half of that!!! Found the staff at Vodice not kind or customer friendly. There were seats on an earlier bus, the staff, especially the female, was very unfriendly.
