Then we had to wait an additional 30 min around Padang Bai because the harbour was full
Meaning we were +1h late on the schedule, without any explanation from the operator if they were not directly sollicited
When we arrived at the shuttle place, the distribution of passengers by destination was a little bit unclear
The driver was nice but the drive will not be comfortable if you are sensitive to car sickness

Antonio On the website, I had chosen the Bangsal-Serangan ferry route.
Instead, I discovered that the route goes to Padang Bay and then via shuttle to Kuta. Given the traffic, instead of the 3.5 hours indicated on the website, it took us 7 hours between the ferry and the minibus.
Poor information and poor service.
Furthermore, the ferry left more than an hour late and no one warned us of anything.

Ella MStaff were great and friendly. The ferry was also 1.5hrs late, as they had left the previous port late. However if you’re not into loud music for the whole ferry ride from Lombok to Bali, might not be the place for you. Anyone who didn’t want to hear music just sat inside at the front where they couldn’t hear it though.

Stewart HWas reassuring for us to have been able to book in advance as we weren't sure what to expect when arriving at the port. The music was quite loud on the boat and it was full of people taking selfie. Probably worked out more expensive using 12go but it worked.

Abi BThe ferry service from Bangsal was very good but once in Bali the transfer service was poor. The operator tried to get us to pay more money for a private transfer straight to Uluwatu as they also had passengers to drop off in Ubud which caused us a 2 hour detour. I would not recommend using this service to Uluwatu for this reason, only if you’re going to Ubud as they had no delays. We also did not get a toilet break for the 4.5hr+ journey.

Anne MHad an excellent experience with Rival M Helmy! He was a 5 star driver! I felt incredibly safe the whole time. He had incredible communication skills and we were able to find him easily. He was also very kind and was happy to stop when someone asked for a toilet break or snack.
