Anonymous Hard to rate when I am still waiting for a refund from a canceled ferry ride. It’s hard to rate when I am still waiting for a refund on a canceled ferry. Also, I booked two tickets in which I canceled one of them immediacy’s d was told I would get refund a week ago and I still do not have any refunds. Please honor your promise to refund and I will be happy to review. Thank you.
