This was the most complex transfer I’ve made in the 2 months I’ve been here. I asked the transfer company to pick me up at 6:30am and it involved a taxi ride to the ferry and then another taxi ride to the airport. Everything went extremely smoothly. Excellent communication, the first taxi was there on time, the second taxi found me coming off the ferry right away. Very impressed and pleased with my transfer. Both taxi drivers were great!

More expensive than traveling from far away Hanoi, unclear instructions

The process was confusing and unclear. We got picked up from the airport, but neither us nor the driver knew which ferry to take or how to get the ferry tickets... Eventually another person told us to follow him and his group into a speedboat and after a bus took us to the hotel in cat ba town.

Communication with Mui Ne Private Car was outstandig, even when we faced the problem with a delayed flight and therefore difficulties to reach the last ferry, they did anything even finding an alternative. Well done!

I couldn’t fault this service. The Full Moon Party bus was right on time leaving the Cat Ba office at 7:00am. We arrived at the harbour and were transferred to a waiting boat which left as soon as everyone was on board. The second bus was waiting on the other side which again left promptly. A short ride later we were transferred to a waiting taxi and driven to the airport. 1h 45 mins in total door to door, very slick service!! Booked our tickets online with 12go and everything was included in the price.

customer service went beyond any expectation. quick and constant communication, immediate confirmation, and the company (Chloe in particular!) ensured we had everything we needed. They even helped us change our booking last minute to a day earlier due to the storms, without any hesitation. Cars are comfortable, drivers are professional and always happy to help. We will be using the services again - thank you so much!

Can’t really understand why the reviews were so good. It was alright all in all, the office in Cat Ba wasn’t open at that time and we weren’t sure if it was the right bus. First bus was a little small and dirty but fortunately the journey wasn’t so long. Second bus was better, but also small. Other than that, there were no issues.
