Our GoOpti driver was on time and easy to find due to good directions and information and easy to spot vehicle. We were kept informed by email and text which was reasuring. Couldn’t sign in to the GoOpti app so we could keep up to date with the driver on the app. Wish we had found GoOpti at the beginning of the holiday rather than the end.

Unreliable service! Booked a pick up for 7am to go to Trieste airport to catch a train from the airport train station at 845am, supposed arrival time 8am so enough time. Pick up delayed twice with eventual pick up at 735am and arrival time of 852am, meaning a missed connection with a 2 hour delay for the next train, and the cost of a new train ticket. Problem was it went to Trieste station on the way. I could have got off there and got a connection there but driver told me were only 15 minutes from the airport, but about half a mile after leaving the station he told me his satnav told him it would take 36 minutes! So not impressed! I will not rely on Go Opti again if I have a connection to make as they are unreliable.

The website did not make it clear that we would be driving to multiple different towns and homes to pick other people up. The trip should have taken 45 minutes, but it took nearly two hours. On top of that, the driver was late -- again! I will not recommend the service to others.

The worker from the company who called me and explain me that the driver was at the other side of the building and guide me to get there. The driver didn’t speak English well. My GPS WAS WRONG and I stayed in the bus Station front door. The driver was 150 meters from me, he phoned me and I tried to explain him and the only thing he said “I go Trieste- You are not here” It was the most horrible situation in my life. He could cross 50 meters and said to me that he was there and help me. He was rud and unhelpfull!!!

If you don't want to drive, this the way to go. The driver was friendly and helped us at the Piran destination. The departure was later than we were told and without any form of SMS update.

Amazing. Thought we were going to have to pay a fee because our flight was delayed and we had to get the next bus but it was no problem at all. The driver was friendly and drove us right to our hostel.

Fast driver. The driver was fast. I needed to wait to be picked up , it was late - the meeting point wasn’t really clarified. Comparing to the distance- it was a bit expensive, could be cheaper so more ppl would use this option - you could multiply the transfers.
