Jaida BThey can't seem to fix an airconditioner, it's been leaking for months, makes me worried about the rest of the boat. And why bother with air conditioning if they allow passengers to just leave the front door open? I'm constantly having to go close it. And they NEVER leave on time. They are usually 45 min to an hour and a half late on leaving.

Juan GThe ads on tv are loud and replayed over and over. The ticket inspector was arrogant when requested to turn down the volume. He simply said hindi ma sara yan.
