Wir sind pünktlich losgefahren. Das Auto ist sauber,der Fahrer ruhig und konzentriert. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt und sind pünktlich angekommen. Von der Buchung bis zur Ankunft hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

Operator was very helpful in making a late notice adjustment to pick up time. Driver got us to Kuta in good time and helpful in getting us to car from boat.
So on the day of the trip the operator tells me I have to pay an additional charge because my location is on the edge of Jimbaran (which I booked for) and to get there apparently you have to pass through Uluwatu. Cancelling was not possible because 12Go wouldn’t accept that and thus you don’t have a chance but to pay in order to get anything. Not a single Rupia could be negetioated and I find this practice extremely unfair and calculated. Next time I use grab again…. Ride itself was like any other grab

The trip said it would take 1 hour but actually took 2 hours. And the driver was very jerky with the wheel.
Easy and helpful communication. Driver was there early and waited when our ferry was a little delayed in porting. Helped us find him through detailed WhatsApps. Smooth drive. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because the back seatballs were not working.

A huge thank you to the driver Adi who waited for me despite my flight being delayed by more than 3 hours. He replied to all my messages while I was panicking and was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout. He was so reassuring and made the whole situation much easier. I highly recommend him!
