The ferry we booked that was scheduled at 1, was cancelled but luckily the ferry before was delayed. But we were not told that until the last moment and left in confusion.
The ferry is very old, but surprisingly the AC was working fine. All in all okay, but will checkout other provider‘s next time.
The driver to the port was on time and fast.
Gebucht habe ich Van+ Fähre es wurde aber Bus+ Fähre daraus. Leider war die Bus- Station am anderen Ende der Stadt. Bis ich dort war vergingen 40 min. Das ist am Anfang der Buchung nicht ersichtlich und kostet im Vergleich zu der gebuchten Strecke viel zu viel.

The ‘clickable maps link’ on the pdf I got in my emails did not exist on Google Maps.
I copies and pasted the exact address given in the email, it also did not exist on Google Maps.
On the pdf it says pickup is at Surat Thani Town Raja Van. But at the actual place it’s Raja Van Pickup. Which is why we couldn’t find it on Google maps.
The van driver drove very fast.
Once we got to the pier we had to wait an hour to get on the ferry.
I booked additional support service and this was no where to be found. I had no idea that I could purchase the ticket upon arriving at Sura Thani airport upon arrival and had only seen a ticket online from the town office.
When I contacted the counter they informed me that I could pay a small price and get a transfer to the office for 100 thb. This never happened as the assistant didn't ensure that I was on the correct bus. After getting on the wrong bus with the wrong company she again proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a transfer to the office without paying an extortionate amount of money for my bike bag which I had arranged earlier.
Eventually, she found me a local taxi at a hire price than normal (surcharge for bike) to the office in town. I didn't have a choice here and the communications and dealings were simply challenging.
I won't pre-book again. Nor pay for assisted service.

Took an hour to reach the ferry port smooth ride AC bud, plenty of space.
Ferry also a smooth crossing 90mins sun deck and I closed AC seats with fresh cooked noodles and snack shop with drinks and both hot and cold food reasonably priced .
Was not clear for me that we needed to drive with a bus for 1/1,5 hour before getting to another peer. Thought we wete getting on the boat straight away.
Super easy, someone was waiting for us at the exit of the trainstation. While waiting for the van we had the possibility to eat and drink something and go to the toilet. Drop off right in front of the ferry terminal and at arrival on the pier in Koh Samui again a van waiting for us. It was a nice and worry-free experience.
