Anonymous Sofia - Skopje. Very professional driver, clean bus, arrived on time. Address of Sofia bus station on the ticket was incorrect, almost missed the bus.

Anonymous The arriving time wasn’t right. The service was nice, the driver too; although he didn’t knew any English, that would have made it easier. The arrival time to Sofia was wrong in the ticket, they didn’t take in count the time zone change and we were supposed to arrive at 12:45 and we finally arrived around 14:00.

Anonymous Depart sharp, arrive sharp. The bus stopped right in front of Maptu’s ticket office. The driver is polite and carries a smile. The driver departed punctually and arrived punctually. The ride is comfortable with air conditioning. The coach is big and clean. Smell clean. The seat is comfortable that can recline. It has a break in the middle of the journey which has a clean toilet and some snacks supply stations. The driver honed the honk to remind the passengers that the break was over. No phone charger.

Anonymous A good journey, comfortable bus, shame about the driver. Comfortable bus. The bus driver was rude and not friendly. He let us on approximately 20 minutes before we were due to leave (we wanted to put our bags on) then would not let us off again, locking us inside even though the bus was very hot. He was on his phone whilst driving and also spent a lot of time talking (very loudly) with the passengers on the 2 front seats so he was not concentrating on his driving.
