There was some urgent problem. Luckily the van driver was experienced and smart. Also the phone responder was patient. They helped work the whole thing out.
I booked and paid for hoteltransfer in Krabi. All passengers were let out at busterminal Krabi.
We had to book taxi for additional costs without refund.

Each ride s as tvfull capacity packed in like sardines. Speed boat ride was extremely rough. Maybe weather and waves but constant banging ya around with hard impact at high speed . Van was very crowded and confused at station who should go wherev
At 9:30am We took 1h30m speedboat to Pak Bara pier. From there a confortable 3h30m/4h mini van (9 seats) to Krabi airport (with a 30m stop at 7/11 in the middle). Arrived there at 3pm (exactly as planned)
I admired boat drivers. With heavy wind, they still drove and were in time, even if our engine broke. But they fixed it quickly (seems like it wasn't the first time). For safety reasons I think safety vests should be mandatory for everyone, it wasn't quite communicated.
