Super freundlich
Beim Einstieg gabe es eine kleine tüte mit Gebäck, joghurtdring und einer kleinen Flasche Wasser, was ich sehr gut fand.
Zwischendurch wurde gefühlt irgendwo im nirgendwo angehalten um Fahrgäste aussteigen zu lassen was ich persönlich aber als spannend und nicht störend empfinde.
Auf der hälfte der Strecke haben wir eine Essens und kaffee pause gemacht.
We were looking for a comfortable way to get with all our luggage from Chiang Mai to Sukhothai so we opted for a private transfer by car. Despite the high price it was all worth it, super comfortable car, a friendly helpful and polite driver who managed to do the trip in 4 hours while driving very safe. It couldn't get any better than this!
Bus left on time and stopped about halfway for lunch. The ticket had a little voucher for the place so the meal was quite cheap, and tasty. Late arriving by about 15 minutes, which was fine but the seats were starting to feel a little uncomfortable by that point.

The trip took a little bit longer than 3 hours but the driver arrived early, he was very nice and he left us as requested at the entrance of the historical park in Sukhothai. Would recommend!

Several buses were scheduled to leave to our destination at varying times so had to ask 3 people before getting the right one. Bus operator offered a bag of snacks on boarding - very appreciated. Stopped 3 times for bathroom breaks - very clear on how much time the stop was (between 15 - 30 mins). None of the 20 baht included food & drink options appealed; but did take the fruit options for our party of 4 (watermelon, guava, pineapple). Bus driver/company representative kindly offered us the stop nearer the guesthouses area as opposed to the bus terminal which was an additional 12km on (although I did later have to go to the terminal as I forgot my phone on the bus and luckily they picked up when I called it and told me it would be at the terminal).
