Die Fahrt war sehr gut aber der Fahrer war sehr unhöflich und teilweise respektlos zu den Ausländern. Dazu kommt noch dass es nur eine Flasche Wasser (350ml) für die ganze Fahrt von über 6h gab und auf Nachfrage beim Fahrer hat er einen nur dumme Antworten gegeben

Sehr lange und ab der kambodschanischen Grenze auch sehr stressige Fahrt aufgrund von Baustellen und viel Verkehr auf der immer gleichbleibenden Straße
Ich empfehle sich nicht neben den Fahrer zu setzen, außer man braucht den Adrenalin kick bei den ganzen Überholmanöver und hunderten Autos im Gegenverkehr ohne Licht

Die Fahrt inklusive Pünktlichkeit, Transfer an den Hafen etc. verlief grundsätzlich sehr gut. Jedoch mussten wir nach der 9.5 Stündigen Fahrt (Über Nacht) zuerst am Busbahnhof ca.45 Minuten auf den Transfer warten und dann am Hafen nochmals 1.5 Stunden bis das Boot fuhr. Dies war etwas ermüdend.
Die Betten oben sind bequem und haben ein Fenster. Wenn man aber die Betten unten erwischt, hat man kein Fenster.
Es ist ein Nachtbus, in dem die Leute schlafen wollen. Daher ist es eher mühsam, wenn die ganze Nacht die Chauffeure am telefonieren oder Videos (ohne Kopfhörer) am schauen sind.

I’m a 24 year old female traveller from Canada and I absolutely loved my experience on this bus! Supposedly, there would technically be two people per bed on the bus if it was fully booked so you may be sharing a bed with a stranger if you’re travelling solo. Luckily for me the bus wasn’t fully booked so I had the bed to myself. The bus being overnight meant I had enough time to sleep and be well rested the next day which was great. My belongings were safe, driver arrived about 20 minutes early in Mondulkiri and made enough stops to use the bathroom - keep in mind there is no bathroom on the bus!

Die Straßen waren praktisch auf der gesamten Strecke sehr beschädigt und uns hat es teilweise aus den Sitzen herausgeschleudert. Aber die Fahrt war ansonsten sehr gut. Gemütliche Sitze, Vorhänge. Das Personal im Wartebereich war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch auf die Fahrt Wasser mitgegeben.

Es hat alles pünktlich geklappt.
Ich fühlte mich gut betreut.
Der Teil in Kambodscha war am besten. Dort war man richtig bemüht. Der Fahrer hat den Bus trotz schlechter Strasse sehr gut im Griff. Die Pausen waren angemessen. Der Bus ist bequem. Wir sind von Phnom Penh nach Trat gefahren. Würde ich nochmal machen.

Bus was a little old and worn out inside. Staff were friendly and informative. Bus was on time despite traffic jams.
However, we were asked to be ready one hour before departure (8.00am so ready at 7am) for pick up. A minibus arrived at 7.30 - we were told this was to take us to the office just out of town to catch the main bus. We then sat in traffic for nearly half an hour (10 min journey usually) and changed to a bigger bus at the office for the journey. Thus bus then travelled BACK into Phnom Penh in horrendous traffic to pick up a bunch of people from the hotel in the road next to where we were staying - at 8.40!! So we basically wasted over an hour and a half waiting and waiting in traffic. I’m sure this could have been planned better!
Other than that it was all fine and did what we needed it to do.

This bus was on time. However the bunks were way too small to fit two people and they weren’t quite long enough for me (5’9) so I had to keep my legs bent all night.

Look, it was really comfortable, pretty fast. We had a minivan, no toilet but stopped enough. Didn’t stop for dinner (left Ho Chi Minh at 3pm) but we all voted not to stop and also we had brought sandwiches from Saigon Centee so we were fine.
But, they get half a star for communication, pretty terrible. Didn’t tell us we were stopping for toilet break sometimes or how long we we (first time yes but then just stopped and we guessed). Crossing the border worked but all our passports were taken and while we showed them on the Vietnamese side we never met a Cambodian official, so seemed a bit shady. Still, it worked, we made it to Phnom Penn!
Of course drivers drive crazy but that’s a given, I’d say no worse than the general standard.

Good that I arrived earlier because my later bus was apparently cancelled. One person looked at my ticket and said that it's all good and to sit and wait, I pressed about whether maybe I need a physical ticket or something, then another staff member told me that actually my (more expensive) bus cannot arrive and can I go with the one 5 hours later (it's almost midnight and a storm is coming). I say no. Luckily i get put on an earlier one that's about to depart.
Bed was ok till i realized it's for 2 people and as someone who's 183cm tall, well, it's not really comfortable.

We got a cabin on the floor with no light inside, and we had to share it , my friend is very tall so she didnt have space for her legs. The cabins on the top is more spaceious with light so be aware that you order a top cabin. We asked if we could change to a top one but the stewardess is the rudest person I met on my trip in Asia for 8 months, she declined it. You should learn your employees costumerservice especially that woman. There is no wifi. I took the same type off buss in Vietnam and they have wifi. And it says when you book it that the buss have WC but it don’t.

Super easy travelling solo from Saigon to Phnom Penh, they were really helpful and explained what was happening when we got to the border and got the visas, arrived a bit later than scheduled but that was because we needed to wait a bit in a restaurant for the visas but it was a nice stop to get lunch

Almost missed it as the map location is wrong. It is by the roundabout, to the right after the border zone down an alleyway behind the obvious transport place. Note: the immigration hase moved closer to the border, it's no longer behind the immigration office.
Staff were nice and put me on a motorbike to catch it. The van was comfortable but seatbelts didn't seem to work. Fast and scary driving but still 2 hours late.
There was a short stop at their siem reap depot with toilets. There was a 30 minute stop at a service station with very good toilets, a convenience store and cafe and a lakeside restaurant. The food was all khmer and i didn't find anything vegetarian in the restaurant. Ok coffee though.
The driver spoke English enough to tell me how long we would stop etc. And if requested he could find another toilet stop, though obviously this would make things slower.
Overall, having used a number of other travel companies in Cambodia i would say this is a good one.

The change from Vietnam to Cambodia was some strenge. So tehy take all our passports for two Times. So we wait a litten bit nervous.

Wir hatten hin und zurück einen Super-Driver, der uns sicher und geschickt durch den. Kambodschanischen Verkehr befördert hat. Dabei blieb er weit unter der vorher angegebenen Fahrzeit. Der Bus war gut klimatisiert. Bequeme Situe mit genug Beinfreiheit.

The luxury bus was comfortable and clean. No complaints there.
But the driver drove very fast and unsafe, we nearly fell of our top bunk bed a couple of times when we were sitting up. Because the driver drove so fast we were in phnom penh at 4am in the night instead of 6h30 in the morning. This was very uncomfortable for us since we did not have accomodation yet and were dropped of in the dark.
Also, the boarding point adress is wrong which nearly made miss the bus, we had to take an expensive tuktuk on the spot to make it in time.

The bus was quite comfortable. We left from Siem Reap on time but immediately stopped for lunch and the trip took more than 10 hours in total

Left late from Siem Reap and didn't arrive until 10:30pm. Had to wait in the border town with no food and no idea what was going on until a mini bus arrived. Take food with you and don’t book any onward travel.

Excellent staff in Siem Reap... very polite and helpful. Driver drove very fast...the trip took 2.5 hours. He sniffed all the time and didn't wear a mask.
But overall very good.

Voor grote, lees dikke, toeristen is er wel weinig plaats maar onze verwachtingen waren niet zo hoog.

Départ avec 1h de retard, conduite dangereuse pour rattraper le retard (arrivée à l’heure cependant). Climatisation assez faible. Sièges très confortables. 2 pauses dont 1 pour déjeuner. Van non verrouillé, laissé à tourner lors de la pause déjeuner de 30 minutes, sûrement pour garder la climatisation allumée mais pas terrible pour être serein lorsque l’on a toutes ses affaires dedans (rien n’a pour autant été volé). Le prix reste très correct comparé à l’avion. C’est un compromis à faire ou non.

It's good. But it will be much better if they could actually help us or assist us at the boarder line during immigration something.. we paid at immigration for 100baht and my friends 3dollars each. We don't know why.. we just paid for it since we're afraid that we won't be able to cross the boarder if we refuse to do so. And we almost got lost. We're not able to find the bus immediately. Cause no sign boards or no personnel waiting for us outside the boarder.
