เส้นทางให้บริการโดยราชาเฟอร์รี่
ราชา เฟอร์รี่ ให้บริการมากกว่า 40 เที่ยวต่อวันใน 2 เส้นทางเดินเรือ ได้แก่ เส้นทางดอนสัก- เกาะสมุย-ดอนสัก และเส้นทางดอนสัก-เกาะพะงัน-ดอนสัก ด้วยกองเรือเฟอร์รี่ 13 ลำ สามารถรองรับผู้โดยสารได้ 400 คนและรถยนต์ได้มากถึง 70 คัน เรือที่ให้บริการมีดีทั้งเรื่องสะอาดและปลอดภัย อีกทั้งยังมีนายเรือและลูกเรือที่มากด้วยประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญในการเดินเรือคัน

ข้อเสีย
- ปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดในการเดินทางโดยใช้ราชา เฟอร์รี่ คือ ราคาตั๋วถูกที่ดึงดูดลูกค้าจำนวนมาก ทำให้เกิดความยุ่งยากและติดขัด ทำให้คุณควรมาถึงที่ท่าเรือในเวลาที่เหมาะสม ก่อนเวลาเรืออกอย่างน้อย 1-2 ชั่วโมง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณได้ที่นั่ง!
- เรือข้ามฟากส่วนใหญ่จะค่อนข้างเก่า ดังนั้นบางครั้งคุณภาพของเครื่องปรับอากาศอาจกลายเป็นปัญหาได้ ไม่มีอะไรที่สามารถทำได้จริง ๆ เพื่อเฉพาะนั้นคุณควรมีความเตรียมพร้อมในการเดินทาง หรือเลือกที่นั่งที่ใกล้กับเครื่องปรับอากาศมากที่สุด

Nous avions un batreau prévu à 18h mais avons pu embarquer à 12h. Le bateau est un ferry dans son jus mais climatisé. Le port de Donsak est un peu loin de la ville, donc pas grand chose à y faire à part attendre le ferry. Sur place il y a une boutique pour trouver de l'eau et de quoi grignoter. Très pratique.

Der Transfer war super organisiert! Wir wurden am Bahnhof direkt angesprochen und zum Shuttlebus geleitet. Dort gab es ein schönes Café zum warten. Der Kleinbus war super, aber der große Sammel-Bus zur Fähre war Luxus pur! Die alte Fähre war auch völlig akzeptabel. Für den Preis kann man nicht besser reisen! Eine Taxifahrt zum Hotel haben wir noch zusätzlich (spontan) beim Fähranbieter gebucht.

Wir sind mit dem Nachtzug von Bangkok nach Surat Thani gefahren und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Zug war pünktlich, die Betten sauber und für einen Nachtzug erstaunlich bequem. Besonders das untere Bett ist absolut zu empfehlen, dort hat man am meisten Platz und Ruhe.
Wir waren im Ventilator-Abteil und hatten zunächst Bedenken wegen der Temperatur, aber es war angenehm und gut auszuhalten.
Eine unkomplizierte, günstige und überraschend angenehme Art, durch Thailand zu reisen. Wir würden es wieder so machen.

Wir würden empfehlen an den Haltestellen möglichst passend zu zahlen, da wir leider abgezogen wurden.
Möglicherweise lag es an Songkran, allerdings ist der Abfahrtort bei uns ein anderer gewesen, als in der App stand.
Für zusätzliche 300 Bath pro Person wurden wir gut von der Fähre zum Hotel gefahren.

Leider die Sitze könnten nicht umgelegt werden und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Defekte Scheibe an der Seite. Bus ist kaputt werdend der Fahrt konnte weiter fahren. Ersatz Van hat uns weiter gebracht,habe extra für den Weg ins Hotel bezahlt.

Wir wollten mit dem Bus bis Khao Sok fahren, mussten aber in Surat Thani in einen Van umsteigen. Der Van hat mehrmals angehalten um Pakete oder lokale Personen zu befördern.

Though the ferry was good, the bus was ver very bad, actually they had a tieup with a local bus operator, from the pier to the surat thani we were crammed inside a mini van, from surat thani to phuket we had a local bus which had non reclining straight seats. The driver was also doing parcel and people pickups and drops all throughout the way. Would avoid booking with Raja ferry againz

Aufgrund der vielen Überschwemmungen ,nach 24 Tagen Dauerregen kam der Bus 30 Minuten verspätet. Die Fahrt zur Pier dauerte natürlich auch länger weil die Straßen teilweise überschwemmt waren. Der Bus war alt. An der letzten Sitzreihe waren Sitzkissen abgebrochen. Da der Bus nur zu 30 % besetzt war, kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt. Der Fahrer hat uns sicher ans Ziel gebracht.

Fahrt verlief super organisiert und pünktlich, Fähre fuhr 3h und der Transfer im Van 1,5h. Flughafen super klein, in 5 Minuten war ich mit der Abwicklung durch. Trinkwasser ist nach dem Security Check kostenlos.

Punctual ferry and Coach service. Ferry ride (have to carry the suitcases to the upper decks by yourself) took just over two and a half hour. VIP coach (3 seats each row) arrived in the airport at 09.45am.

The ferry we booked that was scheduled at 1, was cancelled but luckily the ferry before was delayed. But we were not told that until the last moment and left in confusion.
The ferry is very old, but surprisingly the AC was working fine. All in all okay, but will checkout other provider‘s next time.
The driver to the port was on time and fast.

Uncomfortable bus to Bangkok, the 4-seat layout just isn’t wide enough to let people sleep comfortably, and my knees pushed into the seat in front. There are better options on the same route, if you want to sleep then use those.

4 hours too late. Because the bus hit another bus during parking. They need to wait for the insurance and they needed to repair the mirror of the bus till we could continue driving. Change the seat was not free because the boss did not allow. This is not written in the contract. The seats are not very comfortable. Going by ferry was in time and good.

People in the agency in Bangkok are not nice at all. We stopped only once in 11 hours in the bus. We arrived late so we had to rush to the boat, and couldn't get the top because so many cars blocked us. Otherwise, the bus is quite comfortable but it would be nice to wash the blankets sometimes.

We were told we’d be there by 12pm if we left Surat Thani at 8am. So we got up early and got the transfer to the ferry. When we arrived to the ferry at 9am we were told our ferry wasn’t leaving until 11am. So we could’ve got extra sleep and got the later transfer as there was only one ferry going. Very disappointing as we had arranged a transfer on Koh Phangan for 12.

I arrived 45 minutes early and the bus had already left without me. I was very lucky to find someone willing to help me, they made calls and coordinated for someone else to pick me up. No room in the van for my bags, I had to sit with 2 on top of me and others at my feet, it was a mad rush to get to the ferry in time. Very stressful. Could have easily been avoided.

The ferry ride was fine and nothing bad about it at all, however, our van driver was a maniac, I have never seen worse driving in my life, the danger that the driver put us in constantly was not fun at all, heavily tailgating cars at high speeds, swerving between lanes, taking corners at way too high speeds, I’m not a prude but this guy was taking risks as if he had a court appointment he was late to.

Отличная стоимость!
Перемещались с острова в аэропорт. При посадке на паром сотрудник уточнил время нашего вылета и указал это на наших наклейках, но при покупке мы уже выбрали время не позже которого хотим быть на финише и поэтому такие наклейки могут запутать остальных.
Сотрудники в порту Сураттхани не смог сразу чётко проинструктировать нас о дальнейших действиях. Сначало надо было ждать в здании, затем в автобусе, как позже прояснилось мы ждали попутчика с другого парома.

Everything (1 ferry, 2 bus)lined up well and was on time. Easy to find the connecting bus and plenty of info given. Second bus (minivan) was very squished and tight. All our bags shoved in between seats and at peoples feet. Seats are ok for a short person, bad for a tall person.

The trip went really smooth! We took the ferry, then we were picket up by the staff at the pier and we’re brought to the location for the departure. We had to change bus once but there was always somebody from the staff taking care of us and making sure that everything went well. When we arrived in Krabi, they even organised the minivan so we could get until our accommodation(which was around 30min drive from the bus station) and we paid as little as 100bath for that. One of the best trips we’ve had so far, we’re extremely satisfied

Ferry really nice and comfortable and the two vans were also nice. We didn't understand before that we're going to take two different cars to get from the ferry to Ao Nang but it went smoothly and as soon as we arrive to Surathani they explained us and told us the wait would be around 15min until the next van arrive. Then the second van made the rest of the way and got us until our hotel.

Overtocht bewust geboekt vanaf de Tapee pier omdat wij daar zeer nabij in een hotel zouden zitten. Scherp geweest op juist deze locatie en tijd omdat in andere reviews voorbij kwam dat er soms vanaf deze pier eerst een uur met een mini-van naar de Donsak pier gereden moet.
Geboekt: vertrek vanaf Tapee pier, afvaart om 8u. Nergens in het boekings proces afwijkende tijden of opstapplaats meegekregen. Leek allemaal goed geregeld dus.
Na het afronden van de betaling kwam vrij snel een bevestiging via de mail. Verzamel locatie idd nabij de Tapee pier. Maar de afvaart toch vanaf Donsak. Wat wij dus helemaal niet wilden en ook niet eerder in de info tijdens het boeken hadden meegekregen. Tijd afvaart idd 8u, vanaf Donsak! Vertrek vanaf Tapee dus toch om 7, en het dringend verzoek er wel minimaal een uur van tevoren aanwezig te zijn. Dus 6u!!
Kortom. Niet wat wij wilden. Als dit tijdens het boekingsproces duidelijk was aangegeven hadden wij hier zeker niet voor gekozen. Als je hiervoor kiest is daar niets mis mee, maar wees dan transparant tijdens het boeken.
Uiteindelijk er maar voor gekozen een ander hotel te nemen, op 10 minuten afstand van de Donsak pier zodat we daar gewoon tegen 8u heen konden wandelen en opstappen. Achteraf hadden we deze overtocht beter helemaal zonder deze boeking kunnen doen want de veerboot kaart los aan de balie kopen is stukken goedkoper. Maar dat is dan ook wel weer logisch aangezien
je dus ook voor een uurtje mini-van vervoer betaald.
Overtocht heen met de veerboot van Raja niets op aan te merken. Oudere veerboot. Mooie afgesloten zitruimte met goede stoelen en airco als je ervoor kiest. Buiten/binnen zitten ook mogelijk. Diverse verkoopmachines met snacks en drinken aan boord. Gewoon keurig.
Terug met de speedboot van Lomprayah. Dat is een open en lage boot met harde houten bankjes die in anderhalf uur teruggaat met een tussenstop op Ko Samui. Niets aan comfort of faciliteiten aan boord dus wel voor die tijd even naar het toilet gaan.

Also wo soll ich anfangen? Die Fähre hatte von Anfang an eineinhalb Stunden Verspätung. Der Innenraum dieser Fähre hat nach Urin gestunken, da sich zur Toilette nicht mal eine Tür zur Absperrung befindet. Außerdem hat es überall nach Abgasen gestunken und die verfahrt hat etwas zu lange gedauert. Diese kurze Strecke zwischen den zwei Inseln.

Minivan was ready when we arrived from the ferry so that was good. We drove directly to the train station so that was good too. But the driver fell asleep halfway, we half hit the roadside then the driver woke up and an accident was avoided. Everybody was scared and we were lucky to survive.

Der Transfer war in Ordnung.
Die Fähre ist so alt und dreckig einfach nur Eckelhaft, für den preis aber in Ordnung.
Was ärgerlich war nur das wir in Khao Sok an der Hauptstraße abgesetzt wurden die angleblich die Busstation sein soll
Natürlich wurde und hier für eine 4 min Autofahrt wieder 400 Bat berechnet. Alles abgesprochene Abzocke.

Not a nice drive from the station to the ferry terminal. The driver drove extremely fast, it was stressful and seemed unnecessarily dangerous. If the timing was too tight please chanfe your schedule - we waited in surat thani for an hour before we were picked up!

The ferry was okay, everything was in time.
We were wrong scheduled at booking from the agency (9.30 on the ticket 16.30 in reality), but 123Go Asia responded immediately. So bad luck for us but great service.

departure and arrival were fine. we came to a place where we had to wait, just fine with waiting. But we ended up waiting for two hours and did not hear notice when we were leaving. The car was good.

The ‘clickable maps link’ on the pdf I got in my emails did not exist on Google Maps.
I copies and pasted the exact address given in the email, it also did not exist on Google Maps.
On the pdf it says pickup is at Surat Thani Town Raja Van. But at the actual place it’s Raja Van Pickup. Which is why we couldn’t find it on Google maps.
The van driver drove very fast.
Once we got to the pier we had to wait an hour to get on the ferry.
