Der Bus an sich war sehr geräumig und man hatte viel Platz. Auch Wasser hat man bekommen, sowie eine Decke für die Nacht und Snacks. Soweit alles in Ordnung.
Der Busfahrer selbst hatte einen flotten Fahrstil und ist die ganze Strecke gerast wie ein Irrer.
Die Busbegleitung konnte gar kein Englisch und war total unfreundlich. Man musste sogar schon einige Zeit bevor man am Zielort ankam seine Decke wieder abgeben. Dabei wurden selbst schlafende Leute aufgeweckt, was für einen VIP Bus eigentlich gar nicht in Ordnung ist.
Das für uns allerdings schlimmste war, dass der Bus die ganze Nacht nach Scheiße von der Toilette gestunken hat. Ich rate ganz stark davon ab Plätze an der Treppe zu buchen. Es war widerlich. Als wir fragten, ob wir die Plätze wechseln dürfen, ging das natürlich auch nicht, obwohl sie die ganze Nacht frei waren.
Ich würde mit diesem Bus nicht mehr fahren.

The bus arrived on time and the staff were friendly. They gave you free drinks (1 bottle of water and a juice bottle) and also a little snack. They also stopped a few times so you could buy something. The seats were comfortable and you got a blanket. The only problem was that the air conditioning was a bit too cold. However we arrived on time in Phuket. 👍

Pünktlich losgefahren; 30 min Verspätung bei Ankunft; Plätze oben waren gut (schwankt ein wenig), unten Plätze aufgrund Toilette vermeiden; Wasser, Snack und Sojadrink, Decke, Achtung Klimaanlage extrem kalt, möglichst lange Hose, Socken!!, warme Jacke griffbereit ( so gegen 3pm wird es richtig kalt im Bus)

Die Sitze waren bequem. Es gab Decken die sehr nützlich waren, denn mit der Klimaanlage wird es während der Fahrt etwas kalt. Es gab eine Pause mit kostenlosem Essen. Außerdem hat jeder etwas zu Trinken und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen bekommen. Es war super einfach den Bus zu finden und alles lief reibungslos. Wir kamen mit etwas Verspätungen in Krabi an, aber das war kein Problem. Ich persönlich konnte während der 12 Stunden Fahrt nicht wirklich schlafen, aber das ist natürlich bei jeden anders.

Die Fahrt von Bangkok nach Krabi war super. Wir haben einen stop gemacht um 22 Uhr für Abendessen (kostenlos), wo man auch Snacks und Getränke kaufen konnte für die Fahrt. Der Bus war sauber, wir haben Wasser, Saft, eine Decke sowie ein Brot bekommen. Schlafen konnte ich gut, da man die Sitze nach hinten lehnen konnte & es fast wie ein Bett war. Wir sind pünktlich los gefahren, jedoch standen wir länger im Stau, was aber nicht schlimm war. Ich würde diesen Bus immer wieder buchen & kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Toilette im Bus habe ich nicht benutzt.

I booked the front seats on website, but seat number didn't match so I was 2nd row.
One stop at 2am where you can grab food.

The trip was very good. The VIP bus seats were spacious which made it easy to lie down to sleep. You also get a snack and cover on arrival for the trip!
In the middle of the journey there is a break where you can exchange your bus ticket for a voucher to eat a meal - the break lasts about 15-20 minutes.

The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, was not cleaned throughout the journey. The snack provided was very poor, inedible. Everything else was great, improvement needed for VIP service.

good the bus had problems, and was promptly changed before departure, good drivers, contained delay if we consider the departure time. nice place where we stopped for a break. if the air conditioning had been just slightly less low would have been perfect

Das Ticket bekommt man ganz einfach im 1.OG des Terninals an einem Schalter ausgestellt wenn man erst mal den richtigen ausgemacht bekommen hat. Trinken und essen für die Fahrt kann man vor Ort bei Ständen oder im 7eleven shoppen. Der Bus fuhr mit circa 30min Verspätung ab was völlig okay war, aber er war auch bis zum letzten Platz voll- jeder zweite hustete oder schnupfte herum- das ließ zumindest mich kein Auge zu tun. Außerdem saß ich am Aufgang- die Toilette stank ab der ersten Stunde recht stark- also wählt besser einen anderen Platz! Blöd war dass nicht klar war wo die Busfahrt endet- er hielt zum Schluss immer und immer wieder einmal an und Leute stiegen aus (keiner der Fahrer konnte englisch um zu erklären wo man noch halten würde)- aber fahrt ruhig bis zu Ende durch, er hält dann am Busterminal in Krabi- von dort aus konnte ich mit einem Taxi zum Flughafen fahren, weil ich mir von dort aus einen Van Richtung Koh Lanta gebucht habe. Wo der Nachtbus endet hätte ich aber gerne vorher gewusst.... und Achtung, am Busterminal versucht man viel Geld für die Weiterfahrt zu bekommen- mit Grab vergleichen und handeln lohnt sich!!

The bus left kinda on time,we arrived at 8ish. It was cold but they gave us blankets. PRO TIP get seat on the first floor cause you only have to deal with the snoring or few people,rather than the whole bus hahaha.

The ride was comfortable for the most part. Been on better buses.
They kept the bathroom clean and fully stocked.
Bus made several stops throughout the night and would turn lights on. Which would wake you up a lot.
Bus was late leaving (45mins) and arriving (30min)
Was given a blanket to use during the trip.
Water, two snacks (cookies and cake)
Dinner was included (stop was around 10pm) for dinner, we had no idea what was going on butt went with the flow. Rice, curry (3 different types) water.

Bus a bit old fashioned and I could see many people were having problems with broken chairs, but thankfully mine was ok. Driver was very good at no point did i see him going too fast, he was always driving cautiously.l and safe.

Overall I would recommend this service from Bangkok to Phuket, there was lots of leg space and reclining chairs for everyone, charging ports next to each seat (no one sits too close to the toilet which is nice) the journey is long so of course it’s not going to be ideal for everyone, there is a stop off at a service station half way through to use the toilet get some food and stretch your legs and the hostess supplied a basic snack and a bottle of water at the beginning which was a nice little addition. The bus took slightly longer than it said on the travel info which for us wasn’t a problem but just bare that in mind

Excellent service. The bus is very cold so take a hoodie. You are not allowed to change seats. Seat 7, Upper Deck on Light Night VIP has more legroom than airline FirstClass. Always expect to arrive an hour or two later in the morning from the time scheduled. Its Thailand.

Wir buchten den VIP Bus für unsere Fahrt und fühlten uns, soweit man sich in solch einem Bus wohlfühlen kann gut. Gleich zu Beginn bekamen wir Snacks und Getränke. Die Sitze konnte man nach Belieben verstellen, genug Freiraum war gegeben, ohne den Hintermann dabei zu stören. Wie in jedem Taxi oder Bus lief leider auch hier die Klimaanlage auf voller und kältester Stufe, also würde ich raten trotz gestellter Decke sich etwas wärmer anzuziehen! Ansonsten ging die Nacht relativ schnell um, kann die Fahrt daher für den Preis echt empfehlen.

Easy travel. We had some technical problem on one seat, the part for feet was broken. They tried to force one of us to sit on that broken seat, we refused. Then a technician comes to do a quick repair and they stop to fight with us.
After that everything was cool.

The journey would have been great, if the bus driver and 'assistant' didn't decide to have a loud back and forth transaction over what sounded like a football game going on ...at 4am... yes, the driver WHILE driving the bus and the co-driver started screaming and shouting out loud at 4AM over a game. I could not believe it. How is that appropriate while driving a bus full of passengers?

Bus was very old and seats were broken, or almost. The bus made varius stops in the middle of nowhere that were suspicious. But, eventually we did get on time and get some sleep. Hostess on board was helpfull. Wear some pant/sweater, its going to be cold! Bus made a stop to eat but food was not very yummy...

sitze/liegefläche doch sehr kurz für menschen uber 160 cm, kein tv, kein wifi, keine infos auf englisch (‚stop for 10 minutes‘ hätte schon gereicht), schubweise sehr kalt bzw kalter luftzug (auch wenn man damit rechnen muss, ist es sehr unangenehm am kopf)

Das Personal des Unternehmens war nicht freundlich, Busfahrer sind sehr rasant gefahren, Klimaanlage war sehr kalt, Sitz ganz komfortabel und es gab Kekse, Saft und Wasser.

Po zakupie polecam udać się na piętro dworca i znaleźć okienko z interesującym nas kierunkiem. Pokazać bilet w tel. To pani wydrukuje na papierze. Na bilecie jest nr stanowiska, a same busy jadą z za dworca.

Bus was good- VIP is very spacious. Don’t get the back as it’s bumpy! But we had no choice as no seats were left. It did arrive an hour and a half late so just make sure you’ve got plenty of gap time if you’re connecting. It was dropped us off at a different bus terminal. Normally wouldn’t matter to us but this put us ima position with untrustworthy taxi drivers and no metered taxis which caused stress and extra money. Just be prepared!

Busfahrt verlief gut,nur die Aircon war einfach zu kalt eingestellt und wir kamen mit 2,5 Stunden Verspätung an.

Todo muy bien y muy comodo el asiento...lo unico es q llego una hora tarde...pero lo aclaran al vender el pasaje que es horario aproximado.

Der Bus war nicht voll ausgebucht (ca. 25%). Aus diesem Grund blieb der Nachbarsitz frei und man hatte viel Platz. Das machte die Fahrt bequem. Bei voller Auslastung gilt zu berücksichtigen, dass der Bus eine enge Bestuhlung aufweist. Allenfalls ist die Fahrt dann nicht mehr so komfortabel.

Die Fahrt von Bangkok nach Krabi ging recht zügig. Leider hat es am Komfort gemangelt, da mein Sitz kaputt war. Die Armlehne war nicht einzustellen, die Fußlehne war dauerhaft oben und nicht runter zu bekommen und wenn man sich ein wenig zu stark angelehnt hat, ist der Sitz komplett nach hinten in die Schlaflage gegangen. Dies führte zu sehr unangenehmen Momenten, da man somit die anderen Fahrgäste hinter einem eingeklemmt hat. Diese haben natürlich meine Erklärung nicht verstanden. Ansonsten war das Personal nett und bemüht. Der Snack war auch vorhanden.

Would definitely recommend it. Comfortable with seats that could lean almost all way down. You got free water and a bun. Only bad thing was that it was freezing towards the end. A few stops along the way. To pick up packages and stuff.
