Wir hatten die Verbindung von Cat Ba aus gebucht mit der Ankunftszeit 15:30 in Ha Giang, was leider überhaupt nicht der Realität entsprach (wir waren letztendlich 22 Uhr angekommen und es gab keine Verzögerungen auf der Strecke). Es handelt sich bei der angegebenen Buchung um eine falsche Angabe der Reisezeiten, was uns etwas ratlos lässt. Wir haben die Verbindung extra aufgrund der Schnelligkeit gebucht und sind deshalb enttäuscht. Bitte gebt die korrekten Zeiten an!

Pünktliche Abholung am Homestay in Cat Ba. Fahrer ist sehr ordentlich gefahren und der Guide sprach gutes Englisch. Absolut zu empfehlen. Nicht so toll war, der Supermarkt der zur Pause angefahren wird hat keine Preisschilder und die Dame an der Kasse macht unverschämte Touristenpreise. Aber das hat mit der Busfahrt an sich ja nichts zu tun.

Alles super gelaufen. Treffpunkt am Büro in Hanoi. Vom Hotel wird man auch abgeholt wenn man im Old Quarter wohnt. Mit etwas Verspätung ging es los Richtung Cat Ba. Auf halber Strecke gibt es dann an einer Raststätte eine kurze Essens- und Toilettenpause. Dann geht's weiter zum Hafen und per Speedboot auf die Insel. Dort ist man dann nach ca. 3 1/2 Stunden. Dann wird man per Bus zu bzw. in fußläufiger Nähe seines Hotels rausgelassen.

Our guide Hang was awesome! He was very helpful and took good care of us.
Unfortunately the bus was quite old and the seats uncomfortable. A driver picked up us at the airport and brought us to the center of hanoi, where we had to wait for 1,5 hours for the next bus. It was not bad (we had breakfast in the meantime), but the schedule could have been communicated beforehand.

Amazing service! Seamless connection from our hotel at Hanoi to our hotel at Catba, same for the returning trip. We booked the round trip (hanoi Catba) on 12go.asia before we traveled to Vietnam. Goodmorning Catba provided one bottle of water on our way to Catba (but not on the way back). The travel worked perfectly - each trip includes 1 bus -> 1 boat -> 1 bus.

Bus was quite late, but the team was responsive enough. They picked me up (on a motorbike!) and brought me to the bus. They also dropped me at my hostel in Ha Giang. Overall, a much better experience than another limobus service I use. I would choose them again if I needed to go to Ha Giang again.

They picked us up with the bus at the hotel, transferred to a ferry, and then another bus to our hotel on Cat Ba island. We had two big suitcases and we we're able to transport everything. I was out on a boat and had to rush back to not miss the bus since it was the last one for the day. We waited for 30 minutes to get on the ferry because we left so early.

We were scheduled to arrive in Mai Chau at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t arrive until around 5:30 PM, 2.5 hours later than scheduled.
This was a major issue because we only had one day in Mai Chau, and the sun sets around 6:00 PM. As a result, we barely had any time to see or enjoy the place. We essentially lost the only afternoon we had there because of the delay.
We understand that delays can sometimes happen, but a 2.5-hour delay is unacceptable when the arrival time is an important part of the itinerary. We booked this trip expecting to make the most of our limited time in Mai Chau, and unfortunately that didn’t happen.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we paid for.

After receiving exceptional service on all of our transport whilst in Vietnam for the past month, this journey was disappointing. We paid extra for a 3hr “luxury” bus and ferry, but we were put on a standard bus and took the speedboat instead of the ferry. The journey ended up taking over 4 hours instead of 3 and the bus was so busy that as a couple we were unable to sit next to each other. We supposedly arrived late due to the weather, but I am struggling to see how the weather impacted the time of the journey as we left everywhere on time and did not have to make any diversions as far as I am aware. I instead think that the trip was falsely advertised to us - we would have chosen the cheaper option if we knew that the journey would have been like this. We did not receive the trip we booked.

Communication before the trip was good. Sleeper bus was comfortable. Water and wifi. From Hanoi to ferry and from ferry to cat ba city centre was a normal bus. Regular seats. Not too bad, were only short trips.

Driver was very friendly, the ride was quick, efficient. They dropped us off by our hotel too.

Changed our bus in Hanoi, first bus driver didn’t inform us about anything, probably because he didn’t speak English, bus had some beeping all night and he also drove pretty fast in bad weather and on winding road, so we couldn’t sleep a lot. But that was another company, as soon as Goodmorning Catba took over, we were informed about every stop, change of vehicles and brought directly to our destination.

I was bit worried after hearing a lot of different things, but it was just great! Communication was excellent, bus was very comfy, driver was superb . Would definitely book again
