The operator should provide the mobile charging points as we found with some other operator. Further the bus should stop at a restaurant with reasonable rates rather than at the costliest, as we experienced during our journey. We had expresso @160NPR(tasteless and very dark) and the quantity was less than half a cup...might be 30 to 35 ml.

The bus couldn’t make it up the hill. In the end, we had to be transferred to another bus. We arrived late in Kathmandu.

The operator will whatsapp you the details. They get there on time, but our bus which should be 6 hour become 8 hour. Cant be blame truly on them, but yeah, do expect delay.

Good ride , quick driver , nicely on time departure , arrival was late due to an accident with another car . Not sure who's fault it was but within 15 minutes two other buses stopped and we could continue our journey to Kathmandu !

Good contact with agency. Drive took 8 hours instead of the mentioned 6 hours. We were put in the back where the seats cannot recline.
