Lämnade sent, kom tidigt, inget internet, underhållning var intermittent. Stannade för att plocka upp extra gäster och vi hängde runt kl 4 på morgonen för Ramadan firande och fester. Behöver arbeta med att tillhandahålla en professionell service.

Den som säger dåliga saker om gobus är en okunnig, dess stora, pålitliga, billiga och bekväma, precis som FlixBus i Europa, du kan inte bli bättre i Egypten, dess mycket moderna

Förarna rökte hela vägen och hytten var full av rök - detta beror också på att de lämnade fönstret öppet, vilket gjorde att hytten var iskall hela natten.

No Space for the legs, dirty, fights, mechanical problems, late departure, late arrival. It was okay but not very impressed. Wouldn’t consider doing it again.

The journey from Luxor to Cairo was chaotic throughout and did not even end at the destination I had booked. During the trip, the driver smoked inside the bus several times and played very loud music the entire way – getting any rest on such a long journey was impossible. In Cairo, the bus stopped at several locations that were not part of the booked itinerary. As a result, the delay added up to around three hours. The main issue: the bus eventually stopped in the middle of Cairo and ended the journey there – roughly 20 km away from the booked destination in Nasr City. When I asked why the final stop was not being served, I was simply told that this was now the end of the route. No further explanation or alternative was offered. I had to arrange and pay for onward transport myself, after a journey that was already heavily delayed. Anyone booking this connection should expect that neither the stated arrival time nor the stated destination can be relied upon.

The stops at each stop were very, very long and the gearbox broke mid-journey so we had to stop to glue the plastic back on with a lighter?? Because of this we arrived 4 hours late, and since we are tourists the agency manager tried to scam us by saying that if we wanted to put our bags in the compartment right above our heads we had to pay, even though he didn't ask anyone else on the bus.
