- Bussar är det bästa valet för att ta sig till destinationer som inte är anslutna med tåg eller flyg. Bussnätet täcker ofta nästan hela landet, och deras rutter är väl och sedan länge etablerade.
- Till skillnad från flygresor och ibland tågresor behöver man inte komma till busstationen långt i förväg för att ta bussen. Incheckningen, även på internationella linjer, tar inte mycket tid. Bagagetillstånden är vanligtvis mycket resenärsvänliga, och avgiften för extra bagage, om det finns gränser, är normalt inte särskilt hög.
- Bussbiljetter kan vara mer prisvärda jämfört med flyg- eller snabbtågsbiljetter. Det finns alltid ett urval av biljettklasser för alla plånböcker. Billigare standardalternativ kan vara lite långsamma och inte erbjuda högsta komfort, men ändå acceptabla och föra dig till din destination. På längre sträckor ingår toaletter eller toalettstopp samt snacks, vatten och ibland toalettartiklar och filtar nästan alltid i priset.

Nackdelar med att resa med buss
- Nyare bussterminaler ligger ofta utanför staden, nära större motorvägar, så att bussarna kan undvika trafikstockningar i staden. Tyvärr kan det också skapa extra utmaningar för resenärerna. Att ta sig till en sådan terminal kan vara ett problem eftersom det på vissa destinationer finns restriktioner för vilka fordon som får köra in i terminalen, och du måste använda särskilda transportmedel för att ta dig dit. Detta leder till högre kostnader eftersom priserna kan vara uppdrivna. Service was in time. Actually, as we were early on arrival, we were allowed on earlier bus. We paid €1 extra for each bag - cash - but we knew about it. The journey was very long but great views all the way.

Unacceptable. The route. I boarded this bus with a printed ticket. The driver took the ticket. It was obvious on the ticket where my destination was. The driver failed to announce or stop at the destination. The destination was entirely unfamiliar to me. When I realised he had gone past I alerted him. He made no attempt to slow or stop he continued to the next stop over 7km away. He then lied saying there would be a return bus in 10 minutes. The next bus would not be for almost 2 hours. I had to take a taxi back to the destination costing me ten times more than the original fare and I was an hour late in meeting my accommodation provider. The bus driver made no attempt at an apology, but rather shrugged his shoulders and laughed and thrust 1Euro at me as if that would make amends. It is entirely unacceptable service.

Trip to Budva. We bought online tickets and these had to be printed. We wanted to print these in bus station, because we were on trip and there wasn't another printing option. Ticket clerk at bus station refused to do it and was unfriendly. We had to buy new tickets from him to get into bus. So we just waste some money.

There were no seats available which was disappointing considering we booked online. I am astonished how your drivers are allowed to use their mobile phones while driving bearing in mind how distracting they are and both the driver and the company must be prioritising passenger safety. I was not happy that I was invited to sit on the floor at the front of the bus with others forced to stand up behind me - hardly safety first.

1 - it was big bus so plenty space and more air to breathe. 1 - On every station the Driver was starting cigarette inside the bus so we had to smell it even if we were sitting in the middle of the bus. 2 - Aircon didn't exist or it was set to minimum, luckily it was in the morning before the heat gone up 3 - the website didn't put Susanj as bus stop so we had to travel through whole Bar to get to the bus station and it was a big disappointment seeing that the driver were stopping on every bus stop including Susanj. We lost around 40 minutes of pointless walking.

driver "forgot" to stop at our stop. The bus left on time. The driver and his assistant did not stop at Sveti Stefan. We saw it out the window (luckily) and my husband went to the front of the bus and asked if the bus stop was near. The driver said he forgot to stop and that he would drop us at the next town and we could get a taxi or bus back. He ended up dropping us on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere (35C temperature, no shade) with our two young children and we found a restaurant who called us a taxi. May as well have got a taxi from Kotor in the first place. Very disappointed.

Efficient and comfortable journey. The bus was really efficient with a driver and a young lad who dealt with tickets, luggage etc. He did a great job, jumping off the bus quickly at each stop, putting luggage quickly in the hold, ensuring that the traffic wasn’t held up. Was impressed.

Get what you pay for. Bus had AC, took the length of time it advertised. The ticket said it needed to be printed but that wasn’t the case. The bus was approx 45 minutes late for departure, if you have anywhere you need to be on time, it would not be a reliable mode of transportation in peak season given the traffic and unpredictability of its arrival.
