- Till skillnad från flygresor och ibland tågresor behöver man inte komma till busstationen långt i förväg för att ta bussen. Incheckningen, även på internationella linjer, tar inte mycket tid. Bagagetillstånden är vanligtvis mycket resenärsvänliga, och avgiften för extra bagage, om det finns gränser, är normalt inte särskilt hög.

The driver was late and rude. We had a group of students were you wanted us to sit in three different busses/cars. There was only two teachers so a group of students needed to go on the long ride all alone. That is not acceptable. We paid a lot of money for these tickets and you did not deliver what you promised and you put our students in danger. There was a racist man harrasing one of the students without teachers. This is not your fault but if the students had their teacher on the same bus they could be protected.

Otrevlig upplevelse. Prisvärt och fräsch buss. Lätt att boka digitalt. Mycket tråkigt bemötande av chauffören. Biljetter såldes på plats vilket innebar att de som beställt i förväg inte kom tillbaka. Svårighet att skanna biljetter och några fick lösa nya biljetter trots giltig biljett. Ett par med ett barn ca 3 år fick inget säte utan satt i knät hela vägen. Pga förseningar körde chauffören för fort och vårdslöst, obehaglig upplevelse.

Very rude bus driver. Comfortable ride. The driver were inconsequent letting some passengers bring big bags into the bus and some passengers not letting bring small bags in. I wasnt allowed to bring my tiny bag into the bus where i kept important stuff.

My first 2 story bus. It was a very comfortable ride. Though it rained very hard on the way, the driver drove very safely and I still felt comfortable. Not what I didn’t like, but a simple question. I was asked the luggage fee 1.5 Euro each by the driver. It was actually the first time for me to be asked the fee (even the same company Flix bus has never changed me the fee). Does it depend on the route? Or the driver?

The Coach was better than we had expected. It was clean and very comfortable. Space, cleanliness, ease of access, driver was helpful. When trying to book a return trip we had some bother with booking a service by Flixbus as no tickets were provided after payment. Called traveling.com administration and the staff were very obliging to assist in an alternate trip. Flixbus arrived, but driver closed the door in our face and offered ZERO assistance. Call traveling.com back and they provided info of next service (Flixbus, but operated by Prijevoz Knezevic) same company as 1st trip) and they were very, very flexible. Offered payment on the bus - had plenty of vacancies on board. Highly recommend .thanks Althea-you provided immediate assistance and peace of mind.

Split - Zadar. 1. The young driver helped us with luggage. 1. Firstly the bus was FLIXBUS and not PRIJEVOZ KNEZEVIC. 2. Boarding the bus was a hassle and space for luggage in the luggage department was scarce. Luckily the driver helped us store it.

The bus at the platform was not the correct bus but the station staff did a good job of sorting passengers. Once that bus departed, ours arrived and we loaded quickly and were on our way. The main entrance to Zadar station is not obvious. We walked all the way around the building.

Knezevic bus company is the best company I am happy to ride with. The driver is the best. Experienced professional, I feel safe travelling with. And the customer service was helpful and answered every question politely, the young lady. I was sending my kids to Zagreb but the trip was linger then expected. I have got new bunch of silver hairs. Trip to plitvice lakes. It was a great trip. The drive started on time, we were there a little bit later than expected but I would rather drive safe than attempt to make it on time. The road was around the mountains and sometimes steep. :).

Seats assigned but not enforced. Despite seating being assigned, people sit where they want, driver doesn’t enforce it. It made for an unpleasant journey when a man bullied his way into a seat next to me even though it was assigned to another woman, and then wouldn’t budge. I was on tenterhooks the entire 4 hours.

Great drivers, bad bus. The drivers were super professional and nice. This is unfortunately rare with our bus drivers. They were nice and professional. No problems at all. Unfortunately, this bus is an old one, and the WC is not working. We were already late because of the busy roads, and they had to stop because one passanger really needed to use the toilet. Imagine if the toilet was functional..

Unexpected delays. Cleanliness of bus. There was a road closure that didn’t seem to get announced which resulted in significant delay to our journey (took 3.5hrs instead of 1hr 45mins). Our bus driver stopped a couple of times and was on the phone so passengers knew something was wrong and we were going in what seemed like the wrong direction but nothing was communicated until passengers identified a Croatian passenger to speak to the driver and find out what was happening. It would have been good to know the journey was going to take longer, we only had 1 night at our destination so this impacted the time we had available exploring Zadar as we only arrived close to 7pm. My partner gets sick on buses so he was feeling very unwell at the end of the long expected journey.

Comfortable ride, facilities need functioning. The bus was in good condition, and driver was polite. There was enough storage, and charging points were working. The schedule was maintained. Toilet didn't work.

More Guidance. Nice bus ride. It was hard to find out the correct platform where the bus left. The Flexibus driver seemed quite annoyed and rude and did not help at all. Knezevic driver was much more relaxed and polite. I didnt know if this was a Flexibus or Knezevic bus, so I had to ask for the Flexibus driver for help.

Perfect drive. For how cheap this bus ride is, I must say i didnt expect much. But it was super professional, the driver drove steadily and safe, and the bus was modern and tidy. It was not entirely clear when the bus would stop where, since there were three stops listed at the 9:30 departure time.

No A/C? Bus arrived to Zagreb at the estimated time. Bus driver did not scan ticket code, did not believe I was on the correct bus despite the ticket being shown. No A/c on the bus at all, seats were worn down. Bus was 20 minutes late to pick us up.

Problem with ticket, but sorted out. The ride was on time and smooth. The ticket issued by GetByBus did not register with the operator. The scan did not recognize the QR code. My name was not on the passenger list. It was stressful for a few minutes until a lady from the station came to check the ticket and let me on the bus. If this happened on a random road side stop, I might not have been so lucky.

All good but one strange thing is missing on many Buses lately , at least in Croatia. For some strange reason there is no names of the Companies-Operators of the Buses,,Why ?? It would help at busy Bus Station to see your Bus instead of looking at small signs by the Windshield of the Bus. No Puntamika or Knežević name writen--painted on the Bus. I mean it is really stupid to see big number of White Buses without Company names written on them and checking every single Bus to see which one you will get into. Hard to understand why. Must be one of those Balkan things. Shenanigans comes to mind. Bus itself and Driver ware excellent.

It was just a bus ride. Nothing special. The bus was parked at the platform. When driver came I asked him for my journey. He showed ignorance. Route and bus company were same. He sent me to a flix bus which was packed. After sometime he also came to same place with bus but compelled us to get in flix bus. When we reached our destination he also reached there with the same bus. Very sorry state of affairs. No seat reservation or assurance. You are at your own. Such drivers should be thrown out who don't respect customers.
