The bus cancelled however they send us a taxi so we could join Ha Giang before our loop began. It was really nice of them. We’re very grateful.

No regular breaks and little legroom. The first 4.5 hours we didn’t have a single stop. After the lunchbreak we also got a different driver for some reason. The first one made driving a race and the second one stopped for some smoke breaks.

The bus didn't arrive at the time. I waited 2 hours- was texting with the agency, they told me the bus is coming in 15 Minutes, 30 mins later they said the bus is coming now. And after 2h I left and then half an hour after i left they called me that the bus is coming now.

Okay bus, great views and route ong the way, but the contact with the driver for pickup was difficult, and the time for pickup was 1,5h earlier than the time. And then we still had to wait 45 minutes because he picked up others first.

Driver drove aggressiv and couldn't speak a word english. It took so long to pick up all the passengers. We had 2,5 hours delay

The trip was Ok especially since there has been recent issues with the roads due to the heavy rains - the company tried to find a way to ensure the trip taking alternative roads - but the driver was driving quite fast in mountains roads - a few locals were sick during the trip and also the van was quite damaged… overall we made it almost on time, but would have appreciated if it could have been in a more recent véhicule and with safe driving
