При выборе ставил фильтр аэропорт-панган. В итоге от аэропорта трансфера не было. Приехал на такси в место отправления и сидел там 40 минут ждал автобус до настоящего пирса. На пирсе сидели еще час пока не настало время о плевать. Приплыли на час позже обещенного.

При покупке билетов на сайте предлагался значок передвижения только на пароме! А по факту был автобус + паром! Это вводит в заблуждение покупателей! Путешествие на пароме было хорошим, на автобусе плохим, хотя это был VIP, сидения не удобные, жесткие, кондиционер шумел очень сильно и трансмиссия автобуса была не в порядке - шум. Смогли уснуть только под конец поездки, когда сильно устали.

Автобус опоздал на 1 час 50 минут. С учетом того, что в билете написано прийти раньше, я провела в ожидании у офиса почти три часа. Окончательное прибытие было на полчаса позже заявленного. Автобус был достаточно комфортный, вентиляция работала исправно. Ехали без остановок, так что надо брать еду с собой. На катамаране на открытой палубе мало места и очень неудобные жесткие сиденья, но можно взять пластиковый стул и поставить где хочется. Это несколько исправило общее впечатление от поездки.

Отправление во время, через панган и ко Тао до чумпхон. Потом комфортный автобус. Минуса два: в дороге была только одна остановка на ужин. За ужин платишь отдельно. Время в пути отличается от заявленного. Вместо 21.45 приехали в 23.00

Nous avons fait une traversée un peu mouvementé. Les Sièges n'étais pas très confortable. Beaucoup trop de monde sur le bateau. La climatisation ne suffisait pas.

Der „VIP“ Bus war total Schrott! Tropfende Klimaanlage und kaputte dreckige Sitze 😕 auf dem Boot haben alle gekotzt… total chaotischer Check In mit vielen Bussen die zur gleichen Zeit abfahren.

En retard et nous laisse bien poireauter sans aucune raison. Mauvaise organisation aussi car ils commencent à faire entrer certaines personnes en fonction de l'île mais en articulant, du coup pas très compréhensible et nous étions tous perdus. Le personnel est arrogant et impoli.

I’ve seen some reviews that weren’t that good? My trip was perfect. As a solo traveller I was slightly nervous but I went to the agency the day before to check the details and the staff were all so helpful!! I arrived at around 5am just in case (checked in and got a ticket using my online voucher) and there is a seven eleven round the corner if you need food and water (you get given a small bottle and a muffin and juice with vip but I knew I’d be hungry as it’s a long journey). They give you a different colour sticker depending on destination plus your seat number so make sure to get on the right bus but there are so many people to ask!! Short wait at the pier (where there is a really good and cheap food place) and then a quick boat over. All in all a really good experience with the VIP bus and the staff were all LOVELY and everything went smoothly🤝

Partenza ritardata di due ore per il mare molto molto agitato,a bordo sono stati male in tanti,onde molto alte ma il comandante del catamarano molto bravo nella guida,ovviamente non é colpa della compagnia ma delle condizioni meteo.

War bisher die beste Busfahrt in Thailand. Das Fahrzeug war wirklich VIP. Die Sitze waren so bequem, sodass wirklich jeder gut schlafen konnte. Es wurden Decken,Essen und Trinken verteilt. Gerne wieder

we booked the express so we would travel only 3:45 hours and it took us 5 hours of traveling. we were put in a minivan instead of a normal bus and had to wait 1 hour on the connection with the ferry.

Wir sind über Nacht mit dem VIP Ticket nach Ko Thao gefahren und haben eine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Bei der Agentur angekommen konnten wir schnell einchecken und unser Gepäck deponieren während wir die wartezeit in der Straße mit einer Massage und ein paar Bier überbrückt haben. Die Busse fahren nicht direkt von der Agentur ab, sondern am Kreisverkehr davor. Es gab zwei Busse einen normalen und einen VIP-Bus. Stellt sich ja dass ihr in den richtigen Bus einsteigt. Der VIP Bus hatte drei Sitze pro Reihe, also deutlich breiter als normale, die man auch zurückstellen konnte. Zudem gab es im VIP Bus Snacks und Getränke allerdings nicht genügend für die ganze Fahrt also besser noch mal selber was mitnehmen. Außerdem ist ein kleines Reisekissen zu empfehlen. Insgesamt dauerte die Busfahrt rund 8 Stunden danach hatten wir eineinhalb bis zwei Stunden Pause am Pier und dann ging es ca eineinhalb Stunden mit dem Katamaran weiter auf ko Thao. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter und starken Wellengang, deshalb konnten wir das Oberdeck des Katamarans nicht nutzen. Die Fahrt war sehr abenteuerlich leider sind die meisten Passagiere seekrank geworden. Mindestens die Hälfte mussten sich übergeben, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat Tüten zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich würde empfehlen tücher/taschentücher selbst mitzubringen, oder wenn es geht die Reise auf einen Tag zu legen wo wenig Wellengang ist. Für diesen Umstand möchte ich allerdings keinen Stern abziehen, da der Veranstalter nichts für das Wetter, oder die Wellen kann.

The ferry ride was terrible for everyone on board. Why not give warnings about stormy sea to have people take anti sickness medicine? And despite taking it still got sick by the way. The bus was good, BUT they advertised reclining seats, I was seated in last row, not possible to recline the seat and the two passengers infront of me reclined their seat to the very maximun and left me squeazed in the back.

En provenance de Bangkok, le train avait une heure de retard. Je pensais donc loupé la navette. Un service de taxi a été organisé pour les retardataires. (Il y avait 200 baths à payer). Il nous a conduit à toute vitesse jusqu' au bateau qui attendait également. Bref super.

The AC wasn’t really working in the bus so it was very hard to fall asleep. They gave us a blanket but it would only have helped if the AC would work. And the operator was around one hour late.

all ran smoothly very easy to know how to get from ferry to bus and they offer a shuttle bus service to your hotel for an extra 150b which you can buy on the ferry or bus station when you’re dropped off

Every time I travel with Lomprayah, I am once again positively surprised by the punctuality, reliability, and good service. I can only recommend it! Jedes mal wenn ich mit Lomprayah Reise bin ich erneut positiv überrascht über die Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und den guten Service. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

The boat was on time. But it was 100 bahts cheaper to buy at the pier. I don't know of they run out of tickets though.

Took the speedboat from Donsak to Koh Tao. Had to make a stop in Samui and Phangan, that was all fine. But in Phangan we had to switch boats and then it went wrong. They sold way to many tickets so many people had to stand up. Not a safe situation because of the rough weather. Many people vomited because they were not able to sit proparly.

It was storming and’s everyone on board were throwing up. Literally thought I would die. It was an hour trip from 16-17, we came to Koh Tao at 19. Also our bags got taken from us, and when we got them back, they were all wet…

The ferry was ment to leave at 11 am. We got there half an hour early and there were 5 hugest lines that took us 35 minutes to get to the front. We then had to run to the ferry port to make sure we got on the ferry as now it was 11.20 by the time we had fully checked In . Once one the ferry everything went smoothly

Overall experience was very good. The bus left on time and we reached our destination on time as well. Giving 4 stars as the air conditioning was turned off after the lunch break.

I booked to go directly to pier in Surat Thani but instead the boat went to Donsak and they put my on bus to the the other pier and didn't inform me at all during checkin.

Sie haben wirklich darauf geachtet das nid zu eng wird, die Fahrt war super angenehm. Ein und Ausladen hat super funktioniert, Sicherheit mit Schwimmwesten, aber freiwillig zu tragen😊 Danke für diese tolle Arbeiter! Reisezeit: Mitte Oktober, Start Regensaison, weniger Touristen. Dafür ist das Wetter unbeständig. Aber eins trotzdem, die wärme und Luftfeuchtigkeit war für mich ideal. Bin gespannt auf meine Rückreise.

Alles wunderbar! Man musste nur (regulär) am Pier in Chumphon eine Stunde auf die Weiterfahrt warten. Aber gut für Leute, die Hunger haben und den Imbiss vor Ort.

Отлично всё. Второй раз использовала дальние переезды на вип автобусе. Судя по комментариям обычного автобуса, разница большая.
