- Паром доставит вас на острова, пляжи и в другие приморские местечки, куда больше никак иначе не попасть. И хотя порой плыть на лодке очень долго, да еще и укачивает, но возможность увидеть самые райские, секретные, уникальные и уединенные места однозначно компенсирует все мучения.
- Купить билеты на паром можно онлайн. Это экономит массу времени и гарантирует, что в плане перемещений, как минимум, все пойдет по плану. Особенно ценно, что можно забронировать билеты заранее, если путешествие выпадает на высокий сезон, дни государственных праздников и длинные выходные, когда спрос на билеты возрастает кратно, а количество судов, обслуживающих маршрут, остается неизменным.
- На некоторых маршрутах есть возможность выбрать класс билета или каюты. Каюты бывают отдельными и общими, а список включенных в тариф опций может варьироваться. Всегда проверяйте условия тарифа, чтобы не было разочарований.

Минусы путешествия на пароме

Даже если вы никогда не страдали от морской болезни, никаких гарантий, что и следующее водное путешествие пройдет гладко, нет. Волнение и спидботы способны довести до крайности даже самые сильные желудки. Следуйте рекомендациям выше и не забудьте принять медикаменты от укачивания за полчаса до отправления. И еще стоит немного перекусить перед поездкой – на голодный желудок укачивает сильнее.
- Задержки и отмены рейса для паромов не редкость, потому что весь водный транспорт сильно зависит от погодных условий. Особенно часты подобные ситуации в межсезонье и низкий сезон. Дождь, шторм, высокая волна могут сильно нарушить ваши трэвел-планы, так что постарайтесь строить их гибко и, конечно, не планировать коротких стыковок, если предполагаете после парома успеть на самолет – впрочем, эта рекомендация актуальна для любого сезона, в т.ч. и сезона отличной погоды.

Started off a bit bad - van had not arrived and so called the number on 12go, and the woman had to check where the driver was. Driver ended up being 30 mins later than scheduled time - which would be fine if we weren’t fretting about somehow missing the van. The van kept on stopping at places, but not to pick up passengers? Then ended up getting dropped off at the pier, getting on the boat which was probably the best part. Snacks were available to buy.. Weird experience? Probably more like 2.5/5

The ferries from Ko Lanta to Phuket were great, we had to change in Phi Phi and it was all organised well. The organisation of being assigned mini buses was also great. However, the transfer to Patong was awful. The driver was the worst we had in Thailand. Constantly accelerating full speed and slamming on the brakes. He near crashed into the back of so many cars. He was too busy watching youtube and facebook videos than concentrating on the road. I think we were unlucky with our driver.

A nightmarish ride for me. My seat was nearly broken and it moved in very wide swings. The sea was bumpy, the captain seemed to be speeding because the boat was late and it was very very choppy. I got horribly sea sick. Worst part about these boats is no view of the horizon so it's like you're in a tin can being dragged through the waves.

The ferry was 90% empty but was on time. Though, a steward was constantly hawking his minivan service that I could use to get out of the Phuket pier. Go for this if you get a cheaper deal.

Good Option for people who prefer a Smooth but Slow Ferry over the bumpy speedboats. The ferry was Air conditioned but also had lots of space on deck .You may move freely on Board. The departure at 11am is the perfect time in my opinion if you need to check into a hotel or room on Ko Phi Phi. The ferry was fairly punctual.

Reserved the Ferry+taxi from Phi Phi to Phuket, the actual time was 3h, 30 mins less than advertised so very good. Everything was correct and the taxi van was waiting for us. Price was nice, compared to buying taxi on pier. Ferry had AC, toilet and small shop

Great and comfortable ferry and taxi ride. The taxi driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Although the whole journey was one longer hour than advertised (maybe a typo) since it is impossible to get from phi phi to Phuket airport in 2.5 hours, especially with the ferry. No regrets booking it, as the ferry was much more comfortable than the faster speedboat

Affordable transfer from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi on a large enough ferry. Took longer than expected but only by half an hour. The ferry was rather old though, seats not too comfortable, but the inside was cooled at least. Sitting outside was possible too, but it gets quite loud.

We booked a trip with hotel pickup in phuket patong to koh phi phi. However, we didn't know when exactly we would be picked up at our hotel (in the end it was 20 minutes later than booked), would be nice if this was communicated beforehand. Their support also didn't respond to our question on pickup time/locator. However transport itself, taxi + boat where very comfortable and as promised.

Salio a su hora y llegó en 40 minutos! El barco la verdad que se menea, las cosas como son, pero no da sensación de inseguridad, simplemente son como baches todo el rato. Media hora es soportable, 2 horas así ya... a mí no me gustaría.

At First the boar miserable condition - stinky After fuel and Hot (Not Good working clima) - it was a Stormy wavy and Rainy day!
Luggage Control Outside and inside was Bad - Flew around!
The boat Nearly breaks in Two Pieces - Ehen Weather is stormy!
Safety conditions Bad - it was a stormy day People webt outside on the Upper Deck - the railing is Not high (People were Drunk and Influenced Boy weed)
- Smoking in Front of the door of the entrace because it was the only Place with roof and so the smokers stay dry!
The ceiling / Roof of the Boat Is Not tight - Rain Gomes trough - at around 5 Spots - Not pleasant if sonebody habe tos sit on a rainy spot ♂️
All in all Not Good - the bog amounts of puking People is Not the fault of the Crew - but they Could helped them Vetter with Toupet Paprr some water Not only Plaste bags and sone Tabletts (of you Are puking Tabletts Are too Late)

The trip itself was comfortable but I will give it a low rating due to the staff hustling you to buy overpriced minivan tickets. I was planning to get a local bus from Rassada Pier to old town but the staff told me there was no buses running from the pier and that the taxis were very expensive. I bought a ticket for a shared minivan for 150 bht. Turns out an actual taxi would have been 100 bht and that there was in fact a local bus for 15 bht. This is not ok.

Of course nothing is going to be polished but that’s what you pay even though the price was low the staff in and out of the boat were all helpful and kind, we set off 12 mins late which for 450 baht is pretty spot on if you ask me thank you to all the staff and 12go for helping with the trip !

With the boat was everything fine, people were nice. When we bought a ticket to transfer from their company, driver was shouting on us and thell us “fuck you” because we didn’t told him where to go. A man before this transfer from their company asked us where we need to go, we told him, but he didn’t tell driver and then the transfer became rude. All the time he was telling us to shut up and he was shouting.

When you get to the pier go to counter two to start with. Guy outside said three and he was wrong wasted half an hour. Didn’t affect anything but not good if you were running late.
