Os funcionários do terminal de ônibus e do ônibus foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O ônibus era um pouco mais velho, mas limpo e com espaço suficiente para as pernas. O ônibus para em algumas estações de ônibus maiores, onde é possível usar os banheiros ou comprar alguns lanches. Uma garrafa de água e um lanche doce estão incluídos. Chegamos 45 minutos mais tarde do que o programado devido ao trânsito. Em suma, foi bom pelo preço

Driver was an hour early (worked for me) and had a wonderful vehicle which they had stocked with water, pillows, a blanket and a charging point and showed me how to work the air-conditioning in the back. We stopped twice for bathroom breaks and one more for fuel and despite road works and a thunderstorm we arrived at a reasonable time at my destination. Driver insisted on carrying my luggage into the hotel for me. Very grateful!

Confortable bus, departed almost on time The meal was delicious However, there was only one stop for bathroom 45min after departure and then no stop for 5 hours which is not convenient

We were around 1 hour late but it's still OK for such a long ride. I think there was someone construction on the road. The bus was comfortable and we got aome snacks. We even got food voucher but the staff took it (maxbe like a payment for the snacks). During our other ride we could use that for free lunch during stop.

Ticket was issued to Chiang Mai wrongly but with the help of the bus lady they took me on the bus to Chiang Rai.

The driver didn't speak English (male) and you couldn't communicate with him. The luggage space was very small. He had to move the seats to accommodate it, which made the passengers in the back row very uncomfortable. I think the price is too high for the service I received. I also paid to have an email and WhatsApp reminder sent 24 hours in advance, but it never arrived.
