The driver was very cautious and maintained safe driving skills for the better part of the trip but became a bit rushed as we came closer to Ninh Binh. Not worth taking unnecessary chances when carrying passengers.

Pick up and drop off was good and on time. I had a bit of a poor experience because I was unaware of the seating system when I booked my ticket. I had sat down in an empty seat, but later the driver moved me to the front seat next to him, which was different, and less comfortable than the seats pictured in the ad. Just be aware that you might be moved around if you are traveling solo.

The transfer from Pu Luong to Tam Coc went very smoothly. The driver was punctual, and the car was brand new and very comfortable. He drove efficiently yet safely, and his positive attitude made the journey even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience.

The car and ride was good but communication leading to the trip was bad. We booked a 7:30 car but got a message to be ready and waiting at 7:00-7:15. We did that and came to the meeting spot a bit before 7. At 7:25 we still had heard nothing, so a local guy helped us call and they just said that the car would come at 8 now, no explanation or apologies. Very annoying to have to get up before 6 to arrange a ride to the meeting point and not get any updates. Another company we used before regularly sent us messages asking about our situation and telling us where they were, so this is possible.

The driver came to pick us up 1 hour before the expected time schedule and told us he was not gonna wait for us. We had to hurry to catch the bus.

We bought two tickets and when the bus picked us up (1 hour later) we had the two front seats, next to the driver. Very small and uncomfortable, no room for legs or handbags. Then you look back and see the other passengers, who paid the same fare, but comfortably seating like kings!

The bus arrived on time and the driver was very nice. The trip was smooth and the driving was very safe (compared to other experiences we had). The previous communication with the company was also perfect. 10/10, totally recommended 🤗
